The item I received was not at all what was advertised. This seller flashes Nordstroms on their website advertisement. By the time you realize this company is in China, the time has expired to cancel the order
The clothes are nothing like what is displayed. The clothes I received are not made the same as what is advertised. The pant set I received looks like scrubs nurses wear for work. Very deceptive tactics are use to get a sale on ugly merchandise.

TOTAL SCAM!!! I bought 2 pairs of sandals which were portrayed as TAOS brand. I’ve only received one pair and it is a cheap knockoff. It came from an address of: 9208 Charles Smith Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. The other pair has not arrived. I charged one to Apple Pay and the other directly to my card. I’m hoping I can get a return but am doubtful. The BBB should look into this!

This is a scam. They deserved a zero. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their clothes are not a linen cotton blend. They are cheap polyester. No phone contact for customer service. They used Nordstrom in their ad yet Nordstrom has nothing to do with this company. I’m sure Nordstrom’s wouldn’t appreciate that. Rather than give me a return, they told me to donate the items I purchased to a charity. Here is what they told me:

Bought online 1 linen women outfit and 2 pairs of sports sandals. Use my credit card to pay.Never heard about them. It has been almost 1 month ago.
Feel like it a scam website.

I ordered a “cozy casual cotton jumpsuit” and received a cheap, printed polyester version that looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I would avoid this website at all costs!

When I saw the advertisement for Cottonxl it was advertised as in conjunction with Nordstrom. I checked the reviews on GOOGLE and they were good. I ordered a shorts set and lounge dress both SUPPOSED TO BE A cotton/linen blend. HA not even as good as the Halloween Costumes you get for your kids at Walmart.
So far I haven’t gotten any response about returns so I guess these will end up in the landfill because they aren’t even good enough for GOODWILL.
DON’T believe any reviews from them. ALL LIES.

I ordered the red, bat wing, relaxed fit, linen shirt and pant set. Their “returns”email is not responding. The outfit I received does not match the photo provided. The material also does not match. The style did not match what was advertised. I would like to return it, however no one is responding from the company.
