I ordered sample tile a week ago. So far it hasn't even shipped yet. I called and received an email that you were going to follow up and get me a tracking number as soon as you had one. Still nothing. I need this tile in order to complete my decisions on other things in my kitchen remodel. Nothing else has taken this long.

I'm in the design business and Marble Systems and especially Febrina are reliable sources that always try and succeed at delivering whats expected and promised. They also have a great mix of unique items at almost every level of budget for different client needs.

I ordered a sample and it was shipped promptly, arrived quickly, and was in pristine condition. Very professional and very different from my last experience with another company. Thank you to those who made it happen.

Beautiful New Countertops and Backsplash!

The selection at the showroom was fantastic, which made it difficult to choose! However, the excellent customer service and advice helped me navigate the immensity of options. I ended up going with a white quartz countertop and the Status Ceramic Backsplash in red, which look beautiful against my kitchen's brick walls. Country Floors is a fabulous company with products sourced from around the world, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality tile&stone at a reasonable price.

Five stars for customer service alone! Ordered a sample and received status along the way on when it was being shipped, when I could expect it, and a follow up as well. The sample was excellent and will be ordering more when I’m ready for my project. Great company to deal with.
