I'm super grateful to have been sent a link to check out this school's offerings. I was so grateful to have had some money in my account at the time. I paid in full and, soon after, watched the welcome video. I felt at home/on path right away. Loved, loved that we were encouraged to take our time and to enjoy the journey of deepening our yoga practice. This training shares so many tools to help me teach safe and effective classes and it has also inspired some positive shifts in the way I teach and how I live my life. Aiming to be inclusive in my classes has been with me since 2000 when I first started teaching dance. Thanks to this training, I feel I have more knowledge about how to be inclusive in the language I use and the variations I offer. One new habit from my personal life - every day, I aim to "put away" "give away" or "throw away" at least one item from one of my organized piles in my home <3

Training with Online Yoga School was great. I was able to take my time with materials and do them on my time, while having access to a community and instructors.

What made my experience great was the affordability & accesibility. This training was made thinking in everyone. Someone like me with scarce economic resources to pursue a Yoga training was able to afford it and reach one of my goals. The accesibility made it possible for a mom of 6 to learn & growth while taking care of my family. The training kept getting better with time, workshops, live lessons, community etc.

I loved this program!! So thorough and user friendly. Also the price point made this program so much more accessible to me.

I loved the prenatal training from Online Yoga School because it has the right balance of all apects of yoga that needs to be considered for pregnancy classes. I also particularly enjoyed the bonuses about postnatal and Mommy & Me. The community is also great and the price really affordable, I definitely reccomend this school

I feel excited and well prepared to make a positive difference through teaching yoga. My vision is to serve parents of kids affected by mental health and substance use disorders through resilience coaching and personalized yoga. Yoga & Ayurveda Center’s Online Yoga School has made it possible for me to work toward this goal while continuing my full-time job. The self-paced nature allowed me to fit Yoga Teacher Training into my very busy life. It also enabled a great deal of introspection as I worked through the curriculum, deepening the experience for me. Their service was very responsive any time I had a question or technical issue. The courses provided were engaging, comprehensive and easy to understand. As a busy mom it was convenient to work at my own pace and at times that worked best for me!

I have had the honor to participate in this most professional and enlightening 250 hour yoga teacher training over the past year. The course content was clear and comprehensive and any time support was needed, the response was quick and precise. Feedback was always positive and there was no question that what was being asked directly related and was pertinent to the training. The instructors add a personal vibe so you feel as if they are there with you and care immensely about your success and progress. I have already shared this information with a number of friends and cannot say enough positive things regarding this course and the organization as a whole. I will continue on with them for future trainings and suggest that anyone looking to participate in online yoga training do the same.

I loved this 200 YTT and Steph was an amazing teacher! The self-paced aspect of the training was super convenient but also allowed me to dive deeper into parts of the training I was really interested in. I also really appreciate how many resources/examples and general support there was while doing this training. Overall, it was a great experience!

Wonderful course. Super easy to navigate, and sooo thorough. I came in thinking yoga was just a physical practice, and left with a much deeper appreciation and understanding.

The diversity training with Dianne Bondy really leveled it up also. It gave me a lot to think about with creating future classes.

Steph and her staff made my yoga teacher training an amazing experience. They were patient with me as it took way too long to finish as life got in the way. The school is informative, thought provoking, non judgmental and compassionate to those learning the science and application of yoga. I highly recommend the school to anyone with an interest in furtherance of embracing the art of yoga.

Affordable, accessible, and full of great resources for the 300h yoga teacher training student.

Excellent online course designed very well and super easy to follow. They are always there to help when you need, and are very responsive to your submissions.
With dedication and daily practice I was able to complete the course in about 9 months.
I am now finishing a 5 hour continuing education course and plan to enroll in more of their trainings as they have so many to offer!
I would recommend the Online Yoga School to any Yogi looking to deepen their personal practice or become an instructor.

Extremely well laid out content, perfectly paced with just the right amount of testing to ensure knowledge is in fact progressing.

I have taken and completed other teacher training courses through another school and although they were great, after training with Online Yoga School I will never look to take another training course anywhere else. They went into so many areas of yoga deeply but with an accessible approach. From Philosophy, anatomy, Asanas, and sequencing to equality in the classroom and thought-provoking discussions on teaching all individuals and body types and much much more, especially for us teachers teaching in todays world there is so much to consider, and Steph covers it all. Even though I have been a teacher for over 5 years and practicing yoga for 9 I still learned so much that I hadn't known before. Steph and her team have an amazing lighthearted approach that will always make you feel welcome no matter where you are in your journey. Thank you, Online Yoga School.

Form start of the process to finish Steph and her team start off with warm welcoming message that embraces you to start your journey the staff as whole are very caring considerate any questions or concerns her staff is there to support anyway they can they offer lifetime access and mentorship you are unsure where to start on your journey to pursue yoga this place for you!

Yoga Alliance made my journey to becoming a yoga instructor enjoyable. The yoga instructors are kind and supportive. I highly recommend them!
