Good customers service. Fast response for any requests. You not have to waiting on the phone to contact CovaU customers services for enquiries (compares other like banks, government ets). Also they try to gives you advise about the best rates for you.

I recently contacted customer support regarding my mother’s energy bill concessions. I had forgotten to update her details after receiving a new concession card, which meant she missed out on discounts for the past six months.

The representative I spoke with was incredibly understanding and efficient, resolving the issue for us immediately. I am so grateful for the quick and helpful service, which has been a great relief for my mother. It is rare to receive such attentive and professional care—thank you to the team for making this process so easy.

I rang today to upsell update my personal details and enquire about and improved plan mentioned in my last statement with a reduced cost. My call was well received and the details were updated immediately and also we will place on a new plan which has reduced our costs. An excellent service.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at COVAU.

Recently, I was in a panic after thinking my new gas connection for my business was going to be cancelled. It had already taken nearly two months to receive an offer from Jemena, and after changing fitout teams, there was some confusion regarding my application. My previous fitout team had advised that they were no longer proceeding with the project, and unfortunately COVAU was incorrectly informed that the site was no longer going ahead. As a result, Jemena was instructed to close the job.

When I realised what had happened, I called COVAU quite stressed and expecting a difficult process. Instead, I was greeted by a genuinely helpful person who took the time to listen, understand the situation and assist me. The team quickly investigated the issue, rectified the misunderstanding and helped get my application moving again.

What stood out most was that I was able to speak with real people who genuinely cared about helping and finding a solution. Their professionalism, responsiveness and customer service turned a very stressful situation into a positive outcome.
