Alinta gouge you not upfront at all about costs their website and phone wait absolutely sucks. It takes too many people to escalate to talk to someone about something as simple as your meter set up. We changed our plan a month ago spent ages on the phone recording approval and we just got our latest bill with the SAME PLAN and they didn’t pay us at all for the solar we are feeding back into the grid. And that was what they said was THE BEST plan for solar! So greedy zero credits just bs daily charges.

You are a lier

You are a lier. Email offered $100 credit in addition of 40% discount. My first bill came out with an additional charge of $45 as application fee that was never mentioned and the $100 credit is also missing.

Clear information of offer ... which is appealing!
Very easy to sign up
Prompt confirmation of sign up
It was a bit unclear how to get info on the Moving Home removalist offer ... but eventually found a link to submit an application for this. Would be good to have had the link in the email. :)

the first day after applying

As this is only the first day after applying they are keeping me up to date with what is happening. Keep the communication lines open, honest and providing what was offered I will be happy.
