CovaU was wonderful to deal with. Two questions were answered immediately - great service, great company!

Bills are more expensive compared to other plans but the quality of the support is worth it. Grace was helpful and friendly all the way to help me set up my new connection.

Straightforward customer service that was helpful with resolving an issue we ran into

Unbelievable response from a company run by clowns. Apparently I am disgruntled because I did not read the Ts and Cs. And that this energy provider was not suited to me, and that I was pressured into the contract. None of the above. Staff are very coercive to sign you up, that is a fact, but what has me angry is that they tell you one rate and charge you another. Stay away from these crooks. There is better energy providers out there with way better rates Zero stars.

CovaU electricity and gas are working well - respectively switched in 2 days and 31 days, the day after my gas billing cycle ended. CovaU can improve by quickly informing gas customers that switching takes 30 to 90 days or expedited for $8.80 it takes 3-5 business days. CovaU initially told me the fee only.
