Fair price but less than perfect service experience
Good value cover which can be tailored to individual needs. Like for like cover from the brand's parent company's own website (Eversure) was more expensive so I went with Cover4Cycles instead.
My only gripe is that information available online to help submit a proposal / quote was thin / unclear at times. I needed to know if the value of the bike was what I had actually paid for it or the current list price of the bike. Tried calling them - hopeless! Lots of recorded messages telling you to use the website / send a form. That takes 2 days for a response which is not ideal. So that leaves me wondering if the post purchase service will be any good at all. Let's see....

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. I need bike insurance because I leave the bike in public places. Its nice to have peace of mind. Mine is entry level mountain bike, it was£525. Its good bit for me to find, if I have to replace.
