They say that you must decide while still on the phone or you will loose the chance. They will also tell you that you can cancel at any time, but unless you ask, they will not tell you about the cancellation fee. Our cancellation fee is about half of the monthly payment. Maybe that is a coincidence and the fee is the same for everyone.
Kevin called me the same day that Inadded this review and assured me that the cancellation fee had been removed from their policy months ago and that there is no cancellation fee anymore.
They just havenât updated their booklets, yet. As for the pressure sale, he said that they need to change their policy about the wording so that it doesnât sound like a pressure sale. It was just one simple phrase that she said. âYou need to decide before we end this call or the offer wonât be available.â He did compensate me for my time in talking with him to resolve my issues. So as for customer service and with the new information from Kevin, I changed my review to 5 stars.
One more update. After talking to my original warranty provider that provides the diamond coverage for Ford Motor Co., I found out that this isnât as good of a deal as I thought it would be. It ended up being more than $50/month more than the diamond coverage through Ford.
The difference is that Fordâs diamond coverage is a contract for 5 years/100,000 more miles paid ahead and this is per month for as long as you own the vehicle.

Well I wasnât expecting to get as much information as I received . Iâve had many companies call me but they were not very thorough in there presentations.
