Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks, emailed less than a minute after the order was placed to change the color as it defaulted back to black and they would not accommodate stating it already went to production. They continue to tell me they canât (more like wonât) accommodate the change and my order is on hold until I respond. Respond with what ok thanks for zero flexibility and customer needs and bend over. Stay away from this company.
