I bought the ultima ripstop that has a 7 year warranty. The cover is now torn and ripping and it is less than 5 years. The warranty does not cover: (f) Normal Wear and Degradation: Normal wear and tear; discoloration; fading; staining; soiling; accumulation of dirt, dust, pollen, or debris; growth of mold, mildew, algae, or fungi; oxidation; or any deterioration attributable to environmental exposure or the passage of time;

(i) Environmental Exposure: Deterioration, fading, brittleness, or breakdown of materials caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, salt air, industrial pollutants, chemicals, or other environmental factors;

this product is designed to be outside to protect patio furniture but the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or exposure to sunlight or any defects due to the passage of time . so really, there is no warranty. Total BS

Be careful with this company - I purchased their best "premium" cover material with a 10 year warranty. I read the warranty - IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS. They have so many exclusions that ALL the things you would expect a warranty to cover - IT DOESN'T. Fading, nope. Tears, nope. Water penetration, Nope! (despite this last one being the main reason most people will get this cover!) This is a textbook case of a seeming fraud and scam behavior - marketing a warranty that is basically useless, and an example of how a company doesn't stand behind their product.

One of my covers started cracking and falling apart right after the 2 year warranty expired. Contacted company and they were quick to point this warranty exporation quickly. I have multiple covers and all but this one are just faded. This one was for sure a different low quality material. Ill try a different company in the future.

I purchased the most expensive custom fit covers with a supposed 10 year warranty. I’m at about year two, and there is mold on the underneath side of the covers. I have never experienced this problem before with even the cheapest covers. When I contacted the company, they said that wasn’t covered under warranty and maybe I should try to bleach it. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

The Christmas tree cover we bought was fantastic and easy to put together. Shipping was fast and easy. The cover was able to fit our whole tree and another small tree without much squishing.

Do not buy from this company. Customer service is horrible. Warranty Department is impossible to deal with. Had two defective covers and they will not refund my money.

The covers are good quality, but the sizing is hard to determine and the company will NOT work with you. You buy it, you own it, so be careful. I'd recommend amazon or a company with better customer support. Their covers are good, but you can get covers just as good through other companies that will work with you. Better to be safe than sorry.

Not surprised they have such a low rating. DIFFICULT, UNHELPFUL, CUSTOMER ADVERSED.

How long will they be in business?

Placed order on a Sunday cancelled 10 minutes later, as realized it was wrong size. Two days later they write and say you cannot cancel orders. THEY DELIVERED IS 10 DAYS LATE. They said I could return it but would have to pay overseas postage of $48.00 . They need to take a page out of Amazon's book.

I’m extremely disappointed with this cover. After the first rainfall, the seams ripped wide open. At no point did the seller disclose that the cover cannot withstand rain — which is the entire reason I purchased it. Had I known this, I never would have spent over $800 on a product that fails to perform its most basic purpose.

When I reached out for help, they did not offer to repair it, replace it, or provide a refund. For the price, I expected durability and at least some level of customer service. Unfortunately, I received neither.

I cannot recommend this product. Save your money.

Placed my order. Did not show up when estimated, Had to cover my BBQ as rain was expected so I went and bought another one.

Almost a month later, still no order. Checked all entrances, and with neighbors and USPS. No dice.

Coverstore will not refund me, only a replacement - which I no longer need - or store credit,

Our zipper failed for our patio umbrella cover. It was out of the 3 year warranty by 30 days. They offered a 25% discount which we found unacceptable.
We are long time customers .
Very unsatisfied.

I purchased a daybed cover from Coverstore less than two years ago, and it’s already faded, ripped, and falling apart — even though it sits under a pergola that limits both sun and rain exposure. The material they use feels cheap and flimsy, even though I went with their so-called “Elite Collection”, which is supposed to be their higher-end option. Don’t waste your money on the marketing — the quality simply isn’t there.

For comparison, I also bought outdoor covers from Covers 4 All over 3 years ago, and those still look brand new — no fading, no tears, full protection of the furniture. Meanwhile, the Coverstore product didn’t even last two seasons.

Their prices are high for what you get, and if this is their “elite” quality, I’d hate to see the regular line. Save yourself the disappointment and go with a brand that actually stands behind its materials.

I purchased a cover for my patio furniture set. Within 30 days the top portion of the black cover turned gray due to UV Sun exposure. I now have a 2 tone cover that aesthetically looks poor.

We ordered an item from Coverstore, the company shipping policy stated that they would not deliver to PO boxes, so we input our street address. The shipping company attempted to deliver our package to USPS in our town which does not deliver mail and will only accept items for a PO Box so it was refused. When I contacted the company about the discrepancy they would only offer a refund less their shipping cost. My lesson is if you live in a town that does not do home mail delivery from USPS, you cannot buy from this vendor.

First let me say that these covers are outstanding. I’ve used them for several seasons in a 4 season environment and they are very well made. Their customer service, however is WAY below their product. Once you order, you are on your own. I mistakenly used the wrong ship to address and tried to change it the next day. No dice..sorry, man the order is locked and there’s nothing we can do. That seems really stupid to me. You can’t change a shipping address within 24 hours? Bad news and an extra expense for everyone.

If you need a cover within a few months, don't order from this place. Unfortunately, when I originally was going to order from them I called to ask about their process, shipping, manufacturing location, etc. I was informed that everything was done in the US and that their covers are shipped within two weeks of order confirmation. Boy, was that a lie. I placed an order for two covers on June 8th, received email confirmation on the 9th, shipping confirmation on June 18th, but have heard nothing since then. I called to inquire why I hadn't received them yet only to learn that they had been shipped from China on the 18th and it routinely takes a month or more to get delivered to the customer inspite of their confirmation email date of two week delivery. I will never waste my time on this company again.

Custom Hot Tub Cover
I ordered a custom hot tub cover from this company, and what I received was an appliance cover (in size).

I called customer service and got a lot of lip from the agent, and they absolutely would not accept a return.

They had several standard dimensions for hot tubs, and I ordered the one that most closely fit my hot tub. I will be pursuing a refund through Paypal, but my recommendation would be to NEVER do business with this company.

Starting with terrible sales people that provide incorrect product advice, and then customer service that refuses to address and fix issues created by their poor ordering process and unknowledgeable reps. Horrible Quality Control, one of my covers was delivered with a huge hole in it!

We got a cover for our BBQ with a warranty/guarantee of 7 years. We used for approximately two weeks and noticed it had two tears in it. I contacted customer service and didn't get any response until I filed a complaint with Paypal. Then they responded and wanted me to close my claim. Their response was that they could not determine the tears were from workmanship or defect of material. Well, what caused the tears then? What good is the guarantee?

The item I ordered was for a cover for ny fire pit which is a retangle fire pit. I entered all of the mesurments and when I got the cover the mesurments were 6 inches off so the cover does not fit. When I asked for a return they said that returnes were not allowed. They are the ones that messed the order up but now wont stand by their work. Shitty company
