My favourite jock strap brand. Ordered direct from them and good website and delivery. For me they are a really good fit and really comfortable. The Varsity model looks great.

Firstly im a big fan of Coyote Jocks, and bought plenty from them but the delivery times for this company seems to be getting worse. I bought something 2 weeks ago 26th Aug, The delivery day is supposed to be today the 8th Sep, according to tracking the package hasnt even been picked up yet, so who knows when ill see it.

It seemed unfair to reject a return for a bodysuit when it was clearly an exchange for a different size. Because there was no leniency, sadly I will no longer purchase things from this brand again.

I reached out to customer service in good faith, expecting a reasonable resolution to a quality issue with my order. Instead of addressing the issue, they offered 15% off a future purchase as a supposed “gesture of goodwill”—which, in practice, requires me to spend more money with the company to receive any remedy at all.

A genuine gesture of goodwill would have been applying the 15% adjustment to the order in question and making a reasonable effort to resolve the quality concern. Customer service should be about resolving problems, not leveraging a complaint into another sale. The entire experience felt disingenuous and has left me with very little confidence in the company.

Positive and prompt reply to a minor issue.

It was well-made, fit perfectly, and I felt so confident wearing it to a music festival.

The sizes were inconsistent and quality did not match price unfortunately. Got sucked into the gimmick of hiring instagram boys to promote a product that isn’t all that well made :(

The underwear I wanted are out of stock a lot so I had to wait a while! When I ordered shipping was quick, size chart is pretty spot on and they feel great!!

The company won't do any exchanges - be very careful: I used the size chart to order the size I felt would be best - every company is a bit different with sizing. The item arrived (Medium) and it was super small. I did not remove any tags. I asked to do an exchange for a larger size and they told me they don't do any exchanges or returns. That is very poor customer service. I don't want my money back. I want an item that fits. Now I can't get a refund OR even use the item.

The order arrived 2 weeks late. I couldn't use the items on my holidays because it arrived very late and I asked for a return of the items and a refund, but they only offered a discount for the next order. Do not trust this company. Orders always arrive late. I have bought twice but I won't buy there anymore.

I ordered from the company a few days ago and had a pretty good experience originally with their customer service. I had accidentally ordered a small and meant to get a medium and I emailed them and they quickly responded, but I eventually got to try them on. I ordered five pairs to get the bundle deal but I did not like the fit so I did not open all of the pairs I ordered. I assumed I could return the unopened pairs but apparently even unopened underwear cannot be returned. I think that the return policy is intentionally misleading. I admit I was stupid I just glanced at it. I liked the quality but I’m very uniquely shaped so the fit is off. Beware first time buyers.

they forgot to ship my order. i had to email them after 10 days because i never got any shipping conformation. they could've apologized and offered a shipping upgrade or a discount for a future purchase but i got nothing.

Had an issue with my order going missing. The team at Coyote Jocks were really helpful and worked to resolve quickly and keeping my experience at the centre!

I’ve ordered a few times and honestly have no notes! The quality is great and whenever I reach out with questions on sizing/fit, they’re really helpful. The speedos are my current obsession. Big fan!
