BE CAREFUL, THEY ARE THIEVES.

They stole my money. The order was supposed to arrive in 3 days and it never did. They offered me a refund of 5€ telling me it would arrive the following week, but it never arrived, and since then, they’ve been filling me with lies.
A month and a half has passed, and the package never arrived.
I have contacted my bank and my lawyer for assistance.

I would give a zero if I could. I only wish I had read the reviews first, it’s a scam! Had to go through my bank for a refund after not receiving my order over two months later and no contact.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! IT IS A SCAM!!!

They are using pictures from a company called momcozy and using them as their own. I will make it my mission to report every account of theirs and you all should too. By not reporting we are letting them get away with this and they will continue to thrive taking innocent people's money. Report them to instagram and Facebook.

Scam company, don’t get caught in it!! Uses pictures from other websites like momcozy and Mabe carriers. Take your money and don’t send you anything and send you emails with lies.
Luckily, I bought through people and was able to get a refund after sometime. I bought it start of February. I’m waited until the end of March To get a refund.

Wish I could rate 0 stars, same story different person, no shipping confirmation received, generic email responses, the same exact email response everytime I enquire. No refund. Will try going through my bank. Should have seen it coming, website seemed dodgy.

Terrible company. Worded a few weeks ago and still hadn’t shipped. I ended up looking at their reviews and saw a lot of people had the same issue. Contacted the company asking for a refund and they refused. Have had to contact the bank.

Do not buy from this company, it's a SCAM!
I bought a carrier on 6th Feb and heard nothing for 2-3 weeks. When I chased my order they said there was a manufacturing issue and the product would be ready in 20 days. I asked for a refund but they kept offering discount off the original cost and not accepting the refund. Finally after asking 3 times for a refund they emailed saying it's with the finance team and could take 10 days to process. It has now been 2 weeks, no refund and they have stopped replying to my emails.

Placed order 3 week later not shipped. Company will not refund money keep offering 10% discount to wait. 24 hour response time.. terrible service. Do not order

Scam website. Unfortunately didn't see the many one star reviews here beforehand but same story happened to me. I ordered in February and didn't get my product and have not received an response from them for a refund or such

Dont buy here .. you’ll be met with out of stock emails and partial refunds if you wait longer. This is a scam site and ive basically had to go through my bank to get my money back.

As others have said - it’s a scam! I ordered on the 17th Feb and received an email saying they were awaiting fulfilment. I changed my order with customer support based on what they had in stock and then still haven’t received it. I requested a refund and it was ignored!!

Same experience - no baby carrier and no further updates. Contacted bank to dispute and explained situation and got money back without much agro, I’ve also sent an email to ‘cozycarriers’ explaining I would be reporting - you can do this online, if enough people report this fraudulent website it should be taken down

Well just like a bunch of others here, I wish I had read reviews. Ordered several weeks ago. I did receive email responses but they always say the same thing, that they’re contacting the fulfillment department and to be patient in waiting for them to receive more information. Super frustrating realizing from this site that they are likely just a scam company stealing images from other companies. I opened a claim with my bank, fingers crossed I get the money back.

At this stage I think this is a scam. No product sent, no refund in sight & ignoring my request 5 times on how to make a formal complaint. Just constant time wasting emails telling me it’s all ok. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had to chase the customer service to ask when my order will be dispacted as I didn't receive anything after nearly 2 weeks since I put the order in.
After 6 weeks later the item arrived, and it shocked me! for the price I paid, the item came with the worst packaging and the quality is like something you bought from Chinese website which for me only worth $10
Very bad quality, look so cheap, nothing like the one they put on their website.
I complained to the customer service and wanted a refund but got no response.
Very dissapointing!!

Awful. Offered a carrier, desperately needed. Nearly 2 weeks later and no information about it being sent. Emailed several times asking for order to be cancelled. Long wishy washy emails that hardly made sense. One offered me 10% off. I've contacted my bank and asked for money to be refunded. £40 is a lot to lose. Do not order from here

This "company" is a scam. I ordered on Feb 23. I contacted the company on March 8 because my order still hadn't shipped and I asked for a refund. They told me they would refund me right away. It is now March 23 and still no refund. At this point my money has been stolen.

Ordered a baby carrier from this site. Reached out 2 weeks after ordering asking when it will be delivered as had no email to let us know; to which they replied saying the baby carrier we ordered is out of stock. On the website it clearly states the one we ordered is still in stock.
It’s been a month now and have been told a new batch of this is being made. Still nothing.. no confirmation on a date still waiting. Is this even legit? Would never have spent the money I did if I knew it would take this long and if I knew the customer service is this awful. I’ve been really needing this baby carrier for my newborn asap.

Scam company, do not purchase! You will not receive your order.
Several emails being ignored, requested item to be cancelled within minutes of ordering and several times since but not cancelled and also not received nor confirmation it has been posted.

Ordered a month ago, did not receive any confirmation or tracking. They told me I hadn’t put in my email to which I do every time, after emails they told me the carrier was out of stock.
I waited a week or 2 again and reached out and then was told the same thing and would receive a 10% refund and did not get that. Do not buy from this company they are a scam.
