Order a cat bed back in November, got one email saying it’s been shipped, never received it…doubtful I ever will…filed fraudulent charge with credit card company. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I ordered a dog bed in November and have sent umpteen emails will talk to my bank on Monday Don’t buy from them it is a SCAM

ordered dog bed 11.28.22. It is now 1.13.23 and have not received it. They have told me it is on the way but have not received it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I made my order 8 weeks ago as I wanted my very sick French bulldog who I knew was not going to last very much longer to experience this “as advertised” ultimately calming anti anxiety out of this world experience for my gorgeous baby dog Prince who had been sick for all of his very short almost 4 years and overcome soookk many hurdles that in the final few weeks of his life I found this bed advertised and the time of deliver wa a good so I was excited for him to try this and I k we he would absolutely adore it and it would be that big old feb his boy smile on my baby’s face. So I went ahead and u orders the 2 XL GREY COZY COVE DOG BD FOR HIM. knowing how happy and how much he would love it and know how much he would know he was loved by us just because we wanted him to have it.
But I waited and waited and waited. Watching my princey deteriorate before my eyes and silly as it sounds I had fixated that this gorgeous anti anxiety calming beautiful bed would somehow lift him his spirits and maybe give him that extra Boyer to try and fight a bit harder a bit longer why mummy tried to try find more ways to help my precious boy. I contacted the company cozy cove direct very polite and explained I had been waiting since 16th November 2023 and it states 10-12 business days on the 17th December they assured me that it had left shipping and was currently making its way to my adress so I decided as sick as he was becoming I would be happy for him even if he got to just live some of his final time out in comfort in What they has promised was a bed for dogs that was out of this world which filled me with some comfort for my baby. I then wrote 2 emails one directly on there page last week January on the shop page where u can email someone higher and another direct To my dismay I explained that Prince has now passed away and I now no longer want to see this bed but want a refund for this bed as I am appalled and hurt by the lies and I can not even bear to set eyes on this product. This was over a week ago now. And to my utter disgust I have been completely ignored by both attempts at contact. I am on disability money ans nearly £30 to just be taken with no intention of sending a product especially for a very sick animal is utterly disgusting. But I can see that they are still being allowed to trick people into paying for this bogus product and clearly get fake people to write fake reviews that they are happy with it. Beware everybody. They are scam artists. They take ur money send one email the. Ignore u. Take ur money and u will never see the product or ur mo why again. U are evil people. I done this for my dogs last days and u people have NO COMPASSION ANS DESERVE TO BE IN PRISON. KARMA IS A _____. AND WHAT GOES AROUND ALWAYS COMES AROUND. I HOPE U ALL END UP PENNILESS HOMELESS AMD ALONE !!!!

As with all other reviews, ordered paw bed 10th December - never received. Sent numerous emails, no response until I advised would be reporting them to Facebook…….surprise surprise I got a response asking for patience. So if you are reading this and haven’t received your item, report to Facebook and log payment report with your bank.

Ordered dog bed in December never received won’t answer my emails at all it’s a scam hate when people think they can take advantage of people. Can’t trust anybody anymore so sad. Please send refund

ORDERED MY DOG BED ON 7th DECEMBER AND AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS NOTHING.

I ordered a dog bed on 12/7/22 for a dog bed. I received confirmation emails, but the bed has never been delivered. I will be escalating a claim with my bank. Facebook should not allow them to advertise!

Same as everyone else this firm takes your money and no delivery of dog bed Scandalous should be prosecuted for taking peoples hard earned money

Ordered dog bed on 1st December, receipt stated delivery would be 10-15 business days. Still nothing received - sent them 2 emails but no response. Have today raised claim with my bank. Wish I had looked into company before ordering!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Worst scam ever. I ordered two dog beds on December 22 and I have not received my delivery, I have sent them numerous emails with no response. Do not buy from this scammers ever again.

Ordered a dog bed asked when it was shipped,they assured me it had done,I asked for a tracking and no response even after 8 requests. Why these places are allowed yo steal from people is beyond me shame on you I work hard for
the money, I earn.

Why does the BBB not shut this site down. No one gets their orders and no refunds! Worst on line shopping experience ever. Order 11/30/22 received email saying it had shipped but no tracking number. Contacted customer service with one response and then nothing. Multiple attempts to contact customer service again with no response. Never order from them!!!

Same reviews as other people ordered bed said it had been delivered FedEx said wrong tracking number. Sent numerous emails but no response.

Item never received although it claims it was. UPS won’t provide info because my address doesn’t match the address they have. Proof of delivery was to a Walter at the dock. I have no dock. I don’t know a Walter. I called both UPS and USPS and they have nobody. Have received little to no communication despite trying to chat, call and email. Latest communication they provided me with a new UPS tracking # that isn’t even a valid number. It’s not the money, it’s the scam. I only bought 1 bed. I see folks have bought several!

No stars for this scam site ,but had to put something. All the reviews describe what they do every time,with the delaying tactics and fake Fedex numbers. They also reinvent themselves every few days for their bogus advertising. Raised a claim with my bank and was refunded....PLEASE STOP ORDERING FROM COZY COVE!!

Don't bother. Purchased 2 dog beds early december 2022. No beds and have contacted customer support a number of times with no response. If you want your item do not purchase with this shoddy company. Will pay full price next time.
