I ordered a calming bed in early December and never received it. They also gave me a tracking #on Dec. 9th but nothing has happened since then. It still shows 12/09 ready for shipping. I complained saying I would report them to U.S. BBB and they wrote back "be patient". Just found out about this site and that others have had the same experience. Total rip off and scam. Don't order from them!!

I never received the bed, but I certainly was charged for it!!

Yeah I got screwed as well says shipped but no tracking number.. people that do this our awful shame on you

Got scammed too ! Unbelievable that the administration does not cancel that page !

Ordered my product early December and still not received my order. Have sent messages on chat aswell as emails which all have been ignored. Non existent customer service.
Keep a wide berth from this company !!

These Mfs had the nerve to send me a tracking number with FedEx & delivery info with pic of delivery but tracking NOT TO MY Address !!

Ordered mid December with a 10 day delivery, they don’t answer emails, take your money and don’t send goods, guess I was SCAMMED!!!!! Facebook allows their advert!!!

Order Dec 10th and have not received my order took my money ,do not respond to my messages and no phone number to contact them. Big ASS SCAM. Should have looked into before I oredered . wish Facebook would Block them from putting any thing on it. I recommend Do Not Order from them!

These people are scammers. Did not send my dog beds and ignored all communication for a refund. Avoid!

I'd give ZERO stars. They did all the same as everyone's experienced. I finally got a fedex tracking number and it was delivered... just not to ME. FedEx said my address was not on it. It was 'signed' by a BHUTTO. Obviously, emailing them is useless. I am floored they are still advertising!

SCAM SITE, DO NOT ORDER. Ordered dog bed 29th. Dec, cancelled order within ten mins, after seeing bad reviews, still took money from my bank. Asked for tracking numbers in case it was being sent, no answer, sent 3 more emails, no response, last email was blocked. Thankfully my Bank sorted it for me and got a refund.

Ordered dog bed December 1, 2022. Nothing ever arrived, nobody answers emails. I'm going to get an attorney involved!! SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Scammer! I’ve not received any feedback from my order last week. I sent emails with order confirmation and nothing !! I guess I need to report to Facebook and my bank . Any other advice would be helpful! 😕

Ordered a bed from Cozy Cove on November 29, 2022. Send emails. Sent copy of bank transaction. They sent me a fake order number and sent to me an email that was not using my name!

I too ordered dog beds in December and have never received them Sent numerous emails to no avail
