Order in November and still haven’t received the item or a refund, despite my correspondence.

Normally we buy in the shop as it's local to me and find they have a massive stock for a small place, with of all kinds of things... obviously loads of lovely candles, but also bath bombs and gifts. Seasonally they change stock so it's always worth a re-visit and they update with some fabulous items and always have a great window-display.

Highly dissatisfied with the customer service and delivery times , I ordered a candle 11th November and we are now on 17th December and still no sign of it, I have contacted cozy glow to no avail, I had hoped to order another before Christmas but I don’t think that will transpire, this has happened once before also so as much as there candles are amazing I don’t think I will use this company again after this , it’s just very rude and unprofessional ! Hopefully I will get my candle before Christmas 2025 😩

I ordered a selection of items online and received a carefully packaged parcel within days. A couple of items were missing, so I contacted Cozy Glow who responded within 24 hours to apologise and send out the missing items. I received these the next day. The customer service was excellent throughout.

Have been ordering from Cozy Glow for a few years now, and always come back every year. The scents are beautiful, and appreciate that it's cruelty free and eco friendly. My faves are pumpkin spice and black cherry.

Excellent service from order to delivery

Bought two of these novelty match lighters, one did not work as it had no gas in it and the second stopped working after very little use.

Lovely smelling candles & great customer service . I ordered a mini & they were out of stock so rather than make me wait they sent me out a regular at no extra cost which was really kind of them. Speedy delivery & prompt replies when you contact them . Would definitely recommend

Needed a scent changed in my order, this was completed promptly and my order arrived the next day.

My daughter bought me a pumpkin spice candle for my birthday.

The candle was placed on a flat surface, away from draughts, but when it had burnt halfway down the wick was at the very edge of the glass, and the paper label on the jar had started to catch fire. Luckily I noticed straight away, as this could have caused a fire if I hadn't.

I emailed the company at the weekend regarding this, attaching photos, and received a response advising that 'sometime this can happen if the remaining amount of wax in the bottom melts, it can heat up the glue on the wick, which can cause it to drift'.

They asked me to send them a picture of the bottom of the candle, so they could check the rest of the batch for any issues, which I did.

I then asked if they could send me a replacement candle, as there is a lot of wax left in the jar, but the candle is unusable as the wick is right at the edge, but they haven't bothered to respond.

I'm not impressed at all with the customer service, or the fact the company is aware that sometimes this can happen, yet they still put paper labels on their candles which could potentially catch fire and cause a house fire.

Ordered some pegs as a present, they were brilliant and not seen them anywhere else. Unfortunately they never arrived and it was difficult to get a response from the company at first. They refunded me as the product wasn't available, but when would I have been told this if I didn't contact the company over three weeks later than ordering. I thought I'd try again (maybe stupidly) so I ordered the pegs again, they still hadn't been shipped a week later so I messaged the company through the shop app and I have had no response from the company but had a notification on the app that I've been refunded. It's a shame as the company looks great. Won't be using them in the future.

I've tried so hard to support this company. They are local to me and the scented candles are great - good value and some lovely fragrances. However they make it very difficult to recommend them. Twice I've taken the bus there only to find they were shut during the advertised opening times (once at 16.40 on a Saturday, the next time at 10.45 on a Tuesday). So I tried ordering online. Again I did this twice and on each occasion the package had a missing item.
Quite recently I visited the shop again intending to buy some of the mini candles and bag them up as hostess gifts for people I will be staying with over Christmas and New Year only to find that 3 out of the 4 scents I wanted haven't been available for 'quite a while' despite the website showing that they are 'available for pickup' within an hour.

I've given up. Excellent product but very hard to obtain!
