I am extremely disappointed with C.P. Company's customer service. I returned my items months ago (Order RO19150), but I am still waiting for my refund of €696.50.
The initial refund was sent to a closed bank account and was automatically bounced back to C.P. Company's account. My bank has officially confirmed that they received the funds back. This means C.P. Company currently has both my returned goods AND my money.
I have sent multiple emails and a formal notice of default, providing my new IBAN details, but they have stopped responding entirely. Withholding a refund after the 14-day statutory period is a violation of EU consumer law.
I urge the management to look into this immediately and process my refund to the bank details I provided. To other customers: be careful, their "refund process" is a nightmare if anything goes slightly wrong.

Ich habe das erste mal bei C.P. bestellt. Nach sehr langer Lieferzeit kam ein kaputter, nachverklebter Karton ohne Inhalt an. Leider von einem Mitarbeiter bei mir im Haus angenommen. Das ganze Reklamiert und dann kommt nach 10 Tagen die Antwort, man könnte nichts tun. Hätte die Annahme verweigern müssen. Da war die Reklamationszeit für DHL auch abgelaufen. Service, Kulanz unterirdisch für eine Premiummarke. Als Erstkunde direkt enttäuscht worden und Geld verloren. Die Marke, NIE WIEDER.

If I could give this minus stars I would! Don’t ever order from C.P Company! They are absolutely the worst!

I ordered a top for my husband’s birthday, when he opened his present it was not what I ordered. When I reached out to C.P Company they told me I was unable to return the item as the time had lapsed for me to return anything within 14 days. I responded and advised the fault is theirs for sending me the wrong item and as part of my consumer rights I have 30 days to return an item. It’s taken them over 4 weeks to respond to my second email to which they said the same thing that they could not refund the item and I cannot return it!

The upside is, I contacted my bank after sending my second email to them and they were able to retrieve the money for me and I ended up with a free top!

Don’t make the mistake of ordering from them! The customer service is absolutely terrible, the worst I’ve ever experienced. They have no understanding of consumers rights yet they have the audacity to charge a stupid amount of money for their items and take this from you immediately once you place the order!

I ordered 2tb of cp but got 80gb instead, now i can only goon for 2 years straight instead of 60😔

Connaissant la qualité de la marque j’ai très hésiter avant de commander. Mais heureusement que j’ai tenté car commande passée le mercredi et réception le samedi. Veste nickel . Par contre commande sur le site officiel donc aucune mauvaise surprise.

Why did I not check the reviews before ordering? Thought I might get lucky. Wishful thinking. Now have to waste time chasing a refund. Absolute fraudsters!

Commande passée fin Novembre 2025, le colis a été perdu par le transporteur. Après plusieurs mails et relances auprès de CP COMPANY aucun retour de leur part, je n'arrive pas à être remboursé de l'article commandé!!!! ce site n'est pas sérieux du tout!!!! il est inadmissible au vu des articles et de leur tarif qu'il y ai un service après vente aussi déplorable!!!

J'ai payé depuis 1 mois et demi et attends toujours ma commande. Le service client ne me répond pas après 3 demandes. J'aimerais me faire rembourser CPCFR00074553

Customer service is non existent. Do not buy from them

Sacoche cp arrivée avec un défaut flagrant de couture et dans une boîte cadeau déchirée.
Seule solution trouvée : le renvoie et le remboursement 3 semaine après.
Qualité et serieux pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués

Site catastrophique, aucun suivi de la commande. J'ai payé une livraison expresse (15euros en plus) pour que cela arrive rapidement mais rien a faire le colis traine je ne sais pas où. Service client déplorable. Franchement à fuir. Difficule de se faire rembourser....

Won’t catch me waring anything with CP on it.

Never again. Our new winter Puffer jacket turned out to be extremely fragile and ripped on first wear out. We complained and returned the item and CP Company are insisting there is nothing wrong with the suitability of the material and quality of the outer shell for daily outdoor wear, when clearly there is. This is not clothing this is a wear-on-your-instagram-only item. There was no aftercare. They did not offer me the free repair service they advertise with and claim to have returned the jacket to me, I never received it back. The company is based in Switserland so be warned, legal action is impossible and consumer rights are non-existent. Both the jacket and the money I paid (695- euro's) are gone.

I bought a CP Company jacket online for €850. When I wore it for the second time, I noticed that the stitching on the inside of one sleeve hadn’t been done properly, leaving a gap of about 20 cm. Because of this, my hand gets stuck every time I try to put the jacket on. It’s disappointing, especially considering the price and the reputation of CP Company.

After contacting the brand, I was told to bring the jacket to Amsterdam for repair — a 1.5-hour drive from where I live. Since the jacket was defective upon arrival and I couldn’t have caused the issue myself, I asked to return it instead. Under Dutch law, this should be possible, but CP Company refused.

After three weeks and several follow-up emails, they claimed the jacket had been repaired and returned. However, from the photos, it’s clear this was not the case: there are no stitch marks where the stitching should have been. Suggesting that I might have removed the stitches myself is simply absurd.

Unfortunately, this experience shows that CP Company’s customer service does not match the quality image the brand promotes. For a label that positions itself as premium, this kind of response is unacceptable.

I’ve bought CP Company clothing for years and always appreciated the style and design — but after this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again. It’s truly disappointing to see such poor aftercare from a brand of this level.

Ich habe mir unter anderem diese Fußmanschetten bestellt (2 Stück). Bereits bei der 2. Benutzung sind bei wenig Gewicht die Nieten weggerissen.
C.P. Sports ist nicht mehr erreichbar und reagiert nicht. Haben wohl die Verkaufsaktivität auf Amazon verlagert.

Ich liebe die Artikel dieses Unternehmens! Sie haben jegliche Arten von CP, sogar die nicht ganz legalen. Mein Freund Lukas Brueckl fand es auch super! Er liebt auch CP! Ich frage mich nur, warum es CP heisst. Cole Palmer? Crytal Palace? Club Penguin? Egal, jedenfalls liebe ich CP und kaufe für immer alles von diesem Unternehmen und dieser Website. #WELOVECP

no customer aftersales service for faulty items .
bought a CP Jacket for 900 euros which bled over my CP sweater .
Customer service which is probably AI GENERATED responses refuse any responsibility and just ignore this totally unacceptable situation .
Sweater is ruined and jacket totally unusable .
CP have shut their London shop so there is no way to return anything faulty .
Buying online is pointless as you will have the same experience as the 100 s of other dissatisfied customers .
the only option is to purchase through one of their wholesale accounts but then you are only selecting from a very limited range .
a premium brand with sadly a now a market stall mentality .

Versuche schon seit zwei Wochen, ein Rücksendelabel für einen Teil meiner bestellten und bezahlten Ware zu bekommen. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen habe ich noch immer keine Antwort bekommen. Keine Kaufempfehlung.
