The staff at crackerjack are always so accommodating and friendly. I always go to the store around Halloween and Christmas time and love what is on offer and how helpful staff are with costume or sfx makeup related questions.

Hi Zae, Thank you for your comments, I am sorry to hear your were not happy with the costumes. As you a local to our retail outlet, hire would have been a better option if you are looking for quality. We often suggest customers try on the costumes before leaving the store to ensure size and quality is OK. Halloween week can be difficult for staff and customers and we would suggest you come in a little earlier next year if possible. Please feel free to discuss your future needs it detail so we can be sure that the costumes meet your needs. :)
