This is a SCAM. I tried to buy 2 items from giftuva with shipping for 48 euros. I don't get a confirmation of my order, but a gift card to this site for 22.5 euros - which does not stock the items i thought i was buying. They refused to refund the money.

To be honest my experience with this company hasn’t been a positive one. I was under the impression that I’d been dealing with Hobbycraft and this isn’t the case. I have submitted several claims for compensation for monies paid but no goods received. I have had communications but still not really satisfactory. I am asked to give a review before they will even pay compensation and that remains to be seen. Be aware of what you think you are purchasing.

Es un poco confuso. Y después de solicitar cancelación de la cuenta , me envían otro correo de que han modificado mi tarifa. No entiendo nada, pero tened cuidado antes de darle a ningún botón
