Sois unos sin vergüenzas, no sé cómo recuperar mi dinero, solo pague una oferta de 1,99€ que se suponía que era un kit sorpresa para perros y resulta que cada mes me cobran dos veces 48,90€ de algo que no se que es porque no me llego nunca nada ni el kit ni nada. ESTAFADORES. Dejar de cobrarme me habéis robado de la cuenta 244,5€. Por nada porque yo no recibo nada de nada , eso en mi pueblo se llama ROBAR.
Devolverme mi dinero.

Respondieron rápido a mi caso gracias a Kenny del equipo de escalation por darme respuesta y estar atento a lo caso de rembolso

Vorsicht abo falle!

Auf Kündigung oder gar einen wiederruf wird nur auf die 14 Tage Kündigungsfrist hingewiesen wobei nach 3 Tagen knapp 60-70 Euro abgebucht werden sollten mal schauen ob diese Abbuchung auch noch kommt

Nachtrag: Nachdem die Bewertung hier erfolgte bekam ich eine Email dass ich doch bitte zu erst meinen Kommentar hier entfernen möchte (ein link wurde netter weise beigelegt) und dann würde ich mein geld wieder bekommen da mir dass wie Erpressung vorkommt wurde die Email nicht weiter beschter ein paar Tage später bekam ich die selbe email nochmal und heute hatte ich die Abbuchung der testphase (die ich nie wollte) auf dem Konto mal schauen ob noch eine 2te Abbuchung kommt aber laut Email soll mein Konto ja bereits gesperrt sein.
