Just received my box from here, it contains 3 cheap and nasty items that I could have bought from a discount store.
I'm appalled that It cost me £25 for a box of utter rubbish and to add insult to injury I'm led to believe it's a subscription service.
I have emailed the company to say that under no circumstances do I want to pay for or recieve any more of their cheap inferior rubbish.

Tried the initial box that was on offer didn't realise it actually signed you up for a subscription until £50.0 taken from my account.
three items in the initial box very poor quality not value for money. Couldn't cancel the next box which has arrived with five items in the box again very poor quality not worth £50 definitely DO NOT buy

Leider muss man 1 Stern abgeben. Ist eine totale Abo Falle. Es werden 5 Artikel die man sich aussuchen kann was geboten. Erhalten tut man nur 3 minderwertige Produkte

This is a complete scam. You dont get any choice in what's in the box, you get 3 cheap and awful 'crafts'. Avoid at all costs!!

Followed a Facebook ad for what looked like a 1 off discounted box of craft kits. Nowhere was there any mention of a subscription or was I asked to create an account. Afterwards instinct told me if it seems too good to be true it probably is. Some more digging and I see a lot of mention of subscriptions. I Email them to see if i have bought a 1 off box to be told its a subscription but I can cancel that, so I did. When my box arrived it looked smaller than the facebook ad and contained 3 kits- an amigurumi/crochet fox kit, a macrame flamingo keying and a string heart light kit. I do not think they would have been worth full price.

Bestellte Box war eine Mogelpackung. Bei meiner Beschwerde darüber erfuhr ich, dass ich wohl ein Abo abgeschlossen hatte. Das war bei der Bestellung nicht ersichtlich, sonst hätte ich niemals bestellt.

Auch ich hatte bei der Werbung dieser Firma gedacht ,ui, zum testen fünf Bastelsets , auch noch zum selber aussuchen, kann ja nichts schief gehen...von wegen, im Paket das ankam waren nur drei Sets drin anstelle der fünf und auch noch Sets die ich eigentlich nicht brauchen kann und vom Material her , eher was aus einem No Name Laden , da hätte ich auch direkt auf dem Trödelmarkt mir so etwas holen können...dann wurde mir Geld abgebucht für ein weiteres Bastelpaket und beim durchsuchen der Seite hab ich erst gesehen das mein Testpaket in ein Abo gewandelt wurde und das bei der Bestellung allerdings nicht ersichtlich war , lasst die Finger von dieser Seite 😡

I would give zero stars if I could! Really wish I'd read reviews on here before placing an order.
As others have mentioned, I placed my order for 5 craft kits (of my own choosing) at a reduced price, the advert implying that this was some sort of deadstock or closing down sale. My purchase was a one-off and cost £24.85. What I received today were 3 random, poor quality kits that bore no relation to my order. More worryingly, they had set up a regular payment from my Paypal account without my knowledge or consent. Fortunately I discovered this before any further payments could be taken. I definitely did NOT agree to take out a regular subscription from them.
Be warned - do not order from these people!

UPDATE: Hilariously, after sending them a scathing email, I received a reply noting my disappointment and offering me another box of random sh!t kits for £42, reduced from £48. Cue one final blistering email from me! They've got a nerve.

Es wird eine Bastelbox angeboten und man darf sich im Vorfeld 5 Artikel aussuchen.
Bekommen habe ich diese aber nicht, sondern 3 Artikel mit denen ich überhaupt nichts anfangen kann, sehen aus wie von der Losbude.
Rücknahme ist nicht, da es sich angeblich um eine Rabattaktion handelte, was aber nicht ersichtlich war. Und der Witz: Wenn man nicht aufpasst hängt man in einem ABO mit 50,- € pro Box.
Lasst die Finger davon und geht lieber in einen Bastelladen.

Avoid. I ordered from their clearance sale. I'm not saying what I got was bad but I didn't sign up for a subscription and they've now taken more money. Their home page gives you the option to allegedly manage your subscriptions but the link they send doesn't work. Will have to try my cc company

AVOID: I brought an item in their warehouse clearance sale as they needed space that's how it was advertised. They ask you what you're interested in to try and match and I didn't get any of my choices! Then I get an email saying thanks for your order at a later date and boom out goes £50. I did not do another order but apparently they automatically sign you up for a monthly subscription of £50! I contacted them immediately and surprise surprise too late to cancel although they emailed at 17:09 and I replied at 07:35 the next morning! It turns up and now i have to pay to send it back to China at my expense where they will check it and decide if I get a full refund or I can keep the box and get a 20% refund. This is disgusting and should not be allowed it was not stated it was a subscription anywhere in their online advert.

I joined late January of this year and received 3 boxes, 2 of which contained the same crafts. In total I have spent over £247.46 the crafts are not any of the ones I put in my list when I joined. I have now cancelled. Poor service

Scam as far as am concerned please if you are reading these reviews don't go there. I bought what I thought what was a one off box.it is now 12 29 midnight I'm have been sat here crying since 7.39pm because I had been out just got in when there was a knock at my door and was handed a parcel it was another box looked at my bank account and £50 had been took out by them. No way of stopping the transaction so I have to wait until morning 😪😪

AVOID, AVOID AND AGAIN AVOID! Cheap and certainly not as portrayed in any image on the website. They do not follow rules and the subscription part is not clear. Be very aware of using this service. Tiny box of poor quality items certainly not £51 worth of items. Return policy is shocking. The return must be sent back to China at your expense. They try to say the do not take items back but this is against uk online selling rules.

I ordered a craft box which I paid £25 for, I wasn't impressed with contents. It tell you to go to manage my subscription to cancel. There is nothing there to let you do that. Ive now had an email saying my next box is on the way and this time Ive been charged £50. Ive sent 2 emails asking them to cancel the subscription and refund my payment. No one has bothered to respond. Shocking service and boxes not worth what they charge for them.

I brought a box as a special offer last year back in April 2025. It was a one off which I was glad about as the crafts were rubbish and nowhere near the quality that was shown by examples online. Fast forward to January 2026 where £54 was taking out of my PayPal account, I emailed straight away asking to cancel the order, they said this was impossible, PayPal hasn't even been able to help me out with this situation they have just robbed me of my money

Absolute con DO NOT BUY. Purchased the 70% off box it arrived with 3 items in all of which were rubbish and could have been brought from the local discount shop. Luckily I managed to cancel the subscription

Do not buy from this company. I ordered the trial box and what arrived did not match what was advertised in any way. The contents could easily have been bought in a discount store for a few pounds and in no way reflected the price paid , even if it was discounted. Anyone paying the full subscription price would be crazy.
I've contacted customer services twice to complain and ask for a refund and they have declined and stated that the 'don't give refunds'.
I'll dump this in the rubbish bin and chalk it up to experience but, as I said at the start
