Terrible customer service. We have a fault with our new sewing machine. Even though I've paid for extended warranty. They are not offering to exchange or refund the product. Lucky I've paid via my credit card so will be looking to make a legal claim to enforce my consumer rights. Don't buy a sewing machine from this company.

I would rate no stars if I could!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, I have never experienced such poor customer service, so unprofessional and Nita has to be the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to, I sent a product back and after a week they’d ignored 2 of my emails asking for my refund! When I finally got a reply they were just trying to make excuses like they hadn’t received the package back even though I sent it tracked and had delivery proof and a picture of someone holding the parcel in craftsews door way, I basically had to fight for a refund and threaten to take things further! Absolute sham of a company! Nita phoned me after receiving my email explaining I’d take things further and all she did was shout down the phone being extremely rude and abrupt, speaking to me like I was in the wrong and didn’t let me get a word in edgeways before then hanging up on me, if you’d like to use a respectable company DON’T use these people!

Perfect. Craftsew stock a huge range of sewing machines and equipment, to suit all budgets and they also have a vast amount of knowledge. They helped me choose the right machine and were happy to answer numerous questions via live chat. The machine was despatched quickly and communication throughout was excellent.
They also offered the most competitive prices online.
You actually get to talk to real people there too and they are quick to respond to emails etc...even at weekends.

Very misleading advertising. Offers £100 gift when you sign up to a newsletter, but it is just a font download

If you sign up to the news letter, a £100 gift is offered when you buy a Cricut machine. This does not exist. In the chat, I was told that the gift is some fonts! They would not answer when I asked how to get the gift referenced in the email and then just closed the chat! Really poor experience!

Craftsew are professional and prompt and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I cannot rate this company highly enough, We bought my daughter a cricut explorer 3 with everything bundle for her 16th birthday. Unfortunately there was a issue with her receiving the (everything bundle) totally out of craftsew’s hands, but they send my daughter some items free of charge so she could use her cricut machine. Excellent communication,fast delivery, immediate response, will definitely use this company again.

Bought a gift that won’t come in time due to them not having the stock! Cricket explore 3 x Little bit disappointed no email to update but when I look on live tracker states delivery due 12th August even though advertised as being in stock with 1 day dispatch via DPD
This was a gift for my sister and needed before the 10th . Leaving 2 stars as it has been updated on live track but no email, no apology very annoyed

Placed an order for a Cricut Machine and bundleand the item stated ‘In Stock’.

Received confirmation email and tracking link, so when I checked the tracking link it said that the Machine was due Dispatch imminently but the bundle had a 1-2 week wait time. Slightly annoying, but hey at least I’ll get the machine the following day right? Nope.

No tracking update, no email from the company, no answered calls. I started live chat with the company and I was told the machines aren’t in stock and aren’t until the 14th. Frustrating, especially how this isn’t stated until AFTER the order had been placed

I feel bad leaving a 1 start review, because I’m sure if the machines were in stock all would have gone smoothly.

Cancelled my order for a refund and I will go to another well known craft store for the machine

I was looking for a particular sewing machine recommended by my daughter-in-law the Singer Quantum Stylist 9960. I had found it on several sites and to be honest it was a similar price, however what I found so good about CraftSew was there was no extra charge for delivery (which is highly unusual for where I live in the Highlands of Scotland). They did mention that my address was not included in the next day delivery service but it only took one extra day. They sent me a tracking number where I was able too see that they had shipped it straight away and I could also see the day it was going to be delivered. It also gave me the ability to change that day if it was not suitable. So 5 well deserved stars from me, "Well done CraftSew for a great service!" Thankyou

It's been almost a month to complete 1 order. I ordered a Cricut machine and bundle on July 6th. The machine arrived quickly, but the bundle did not. Despite knowing they ship separately, I received no update for almost a week regarding the bundle's arrival. I emailed for an update, and it took another week for a response. They informed me there was a supplier issue and assured me the order would arrive soon. Which it did with 3 days. They offered a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. They promised the gesture would arrive in 1-2 working days, but a week later, it still hasn't been sent. The waiting times for orders are very long.

Good range of items. Average prices and promt postage.

Order arrived promptly and the threads were lovely and strong, colours were true to photographs
