The design process was thoughtful and professional, with great attention to detail, and the communication throughout was outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the level of customer service was exactly what you hope for from a premium company.

The fitters were fantastic, professional, friendly, incredibly tidy, and took real pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble, and they left everything spotless.

Most importantly, the finished wardrobes have exceeded all of my expectations. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are outstanding, and the end result is far better than I ever imagined. I found Craft Wardrobe on google. I read the reviews and looked at their website. I got in touch and the team replied promptly. Manish came to our property to review our requirements and take measurements, before giving us a quote. Niki and Manish helped me with a video call to select the final finishes, as I could not go to their showroom. They were very patient and helped me throughout the process. The installation team was also great, they were very polite, professional and cleaned everything at the end. I am very happy with my new wardrobe. Would recommend to anyone searching to have a new wardrobe or re-done an existing one like i did.

I found Craft wardrobe through an internet search and a visit to their showroom proved to be exactly what we was looking for, Vishal dealt with our design requirements and drew up a mock design before attending our property to confirm measurements. was given a final price of the build & fit but you don't actually get a breakdown of costs so it's hard to see where a promotion of 30% discount was, maybe something they could consider for future customers. Transparency of costs, on the day of installation we had a 3 man team. The guys were polite and courteous, a couple of imperfections here and there and had to ask for a hanging rail to be secured firmly as it was rattling loose. But in all still pleased with the final install and result.

Excellent work. Friendly stuff. Vishal is highly focused on customer’s needs and he is very detailed, patient and precise. My wardrobe was manufactured executive according to my design and it is 10/10. The installation went smooth. The guys who installed the wardrobe were highly experienced. I would highly recommend this company to people who need bespoke wardrobe and are looking for excellent quality.

We had the pleasure of working with Manish again for our bathroom cabinetry, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I initially shared some chatgpt/pinterest ideas, and Manish was able to bring them to life during the design process.

The consultation was clear, efficient, and straightforward, and I love the range of colour options. The installation guys were also great, worked quickly, kept everything tidy, and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy at each stage (very much appreciated this).

Overall very happy with the service and quality as always. We actually had our bedroom wardrobes done by Manish about five years ago and they’re still in perfect condition. Manish is our go to for cabinetry 🙏🏼 thank you again

So far we have had an amazing experience with Craft Wardrobe. They installed a very custom wardrobe for us over a slant. The team Manish, Vishal and Nikki have been extremely accommodating to our wishes, flexible where possible and the quality of installation and work has been excellent. The installation team was very respectful and efficient and left the room spotless once they finished their work.

The only piece of constructive feedback is around the organisation and communication, which could be improved when it comes to payments, installation dates and getting the documents updated with requirements. I still think the team overall deserves 5* because they have been excellent with everything else outside of the above points.

We still have one wardrobe to go and are excited to see the final result!

We wanted a new media wall built
The team was professional from our initial meeting right through to the completion of the job. We were able to share our design ideas, which they took on board, and we also had the chance to view and choose from different materials. The fitters who installed the media wall were extremely professional and did an excellent job, making sure to clean up afterwards. Vishal also came in partway through the installation to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to family and friends.
