We recently had bespoke furniture built by Craft Wardrobe Ltd, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, Vishal guided us through the process with professionalism and patience. He provided detailed 3D drawings that really helped us visualise the final design, making it easier to decide on the perfect layout and finish.

The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail reflects precision and care. Beyond the product itself, what stood out most was the top-quality customer service. Vishal went above and beyond to ensure everything was delivered smoothly, on time, and exactly as promised.

We are absolutely delighted with our new furniture and would highly recommend Craft Wardrobe Ltd to anyone looking for bespoke, high-quality pieces backed by excellent service.

The media unit crafted by Craft Wardrobe has become the highlight of our living room. Thoughtfully designed to conceal wires and clutter, it perfectly blends functionality with sleek style. Vishal’s creative ideas and the team’s clear communication made the whole experience seamless, and the result feels truly tailor-made for our home. I would highly recommend Craft Wardrobe for bespoke furniture.

We were told they could deliver a bespoke media wall and paid a £720 deposit. After that, everything became a battle of constant chasing, broken promises and contradictions. Simple things like a socket cut-out turned into a £1,000 upsell, and we lost 20 cm of space to a plinth/top filler they never disclosed upfront.

To make matters worse, their Uxbridge “factory” turned out to be a different company’s warehouse, when questioned, they lied that it was theirs. In the end, they kept £400, refunded only £320, and left us with nothing but wasted time, money, and stress.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

We are extremely pleased with the work Vishal carried out on our home media wall and wardrobe. From start to finish, he was exceptional in both customer service and design execution. Vishal took the time to understand our needs, suggested the best products, and was very accommodating with changes and updates before finalising the design. The after-sales support has been just as impressive. Highly recommended to anyone looking for beautifully fitted furniture. I would be happy to work with Craft Wardrobe again on future projects.

Had a wonderful experience of working with Craft Wardrobe team on getting some work done for the office and home on a few occasions now. Both Vishal and Manish have been superb with the customer support and with the design and design execution of the project. They suggested best products and went above and beyond in accomodating our changes and updates before finalising the design. Brilliant work and great after sale support. We had TV unit. Overall outcome is good.. but little disappointed on standards. wood works are done at our place that left lot of dust all over the place. They took more than 2 weeks to complete the work. Missing precision.. edges and finishing are not up to the mark.. LED’s always flicker
