Late deliveries, website not working, multiple emails sent to request a cancellation and still unable to. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

I was charged for 3 shipments before the first even arrived. I messaged customer service and the next day the first shipment finally had a label made for it. I feel like they are just waiting for you to forget about it and they will just keep charging you.

Do NOT use this company!! I have sent multiple messages and they haven’t answered. They did answer here and told me to look in my spam folder…nothing there.
They will not return messages!!!! And there is no way to opt out.
Do yourself a favor and find another whiskey company…this one sucks.

I have received three confirmation notices that the person that I gifted the subscription to was going to receive their order. To this day they have not received one single one. I messaged yesterday to inquire where the shipments were and when this would be resolved and I have not heard anything from anyone. I paid for a year in advance over three months ago and no one even cares to reply to me about where my money is and where my shipments are.

I have had trouble with this gift of a year's worth of products. The first two "shipmemts" took months. The current "shipment" has been in delivery for 39 days. Customer service is of no help and takes weeks to respond

The whiskey was superb, but they don't respond to emails. I got an email 2 weeks after I received my first bottle saying I had a shipment coming. I was confused and asked for clarification. Nothing......

Very nice packaging and product arrived. The only confusing part was I gifted this to my husband, however I keep receiving the emails regarding the order rather than him. So clearly I must have entered something wrong when I signed up. I also expected further communication regarding my gift, such as when another shipment can be expected or even more information other than a payment receipt.

I was provided a bespoke blended straight bourbon whiskey, which was absolutely fantastic!

I enjoyed receiving my first shipment and I am excited to see what’s next! The whiskey was great and probably something that I would not have been able to find on my own. I also thought the little extras in the box were a great touch. Thanks!

It was a great year ! I wish you would have ask me to do another year . I did not realize my year was up . Maybe just a quick reminder to those customers. Otherwise it was amazing! Thank

We have had 6 bottles of whisky so far. 2 were good whisky, 4 were very average. The value for money is terrible when I think that each bottle is charged at around $90, feels like the actual price point I would pay is closer to $40-50. Plus you have no control over what you receive, so if you dont like a particular whisky style, you end up drinking one dram then writing the whole bottle off.

While the whiskey was good, there was a delivery issue. You had the correct address but the city and state were incorrect so it became undeliverable but Fed Ex tried to correct it and delivered the gift to me as the sender so needless to say the person the gift was supposed to be delivered to did not get it.

Online purchase, confirmation and information on shipping was incredibly slow and questionable. Product was good though once it finally arrived.

Great service

It is such a fun interesting way to taste so many different craft whiskeys. The curation is impeccable, we love the parings. Great for entertaining. We look forward to it every month.

I so love getting my box of amazing whiskey and snacks. Excellent work every time!

We have received one whiskey so far and overall the experience has been good. I wish we had the opportunity to see where the next bottles were coming from, place/ region not necessarily distillery. It would be fun to see it’s journey. It would also be fun to have some input with flavor profiles and see if that would change what whiskey’s are picked.

Craft Whisky Club's products and services are top-notch. I highly recommend them to aficionados and beginners alike!

As has been stated by others, delivery is dodgy. I never received one order, nor was ever refunded for it, and now another delivery is in limbo. Craft Whisky doesn't seem too keen on issue refunds on undelivered items, now we'll see how they are on membership cancellation. Note, to cancel membership, you have to contact them directly, there's no way to cancel the membership yourself.

Loved our first Whiskey, Australian. Super neat! Came timely, and they ensured it was handed to a real person!!love it. Can't wait for the next one!!
