Good choice of Whisky but I felt the overall box was lacking, As a member of a similar subscription for both Gin and Rum I felt that these boxes just needed something more then oatcakes or a choco... もっず芋る

Great whiskeys used wish there could be more that comes with the box in terms of a booklet showing reciepies to use for that whiskey to get the most out of the taste, maybe 2 smaller different snack... もっず芋る

Craft Whisky Club, based in Edinburgh, aims to unearth future whisky classics and bring them direct to their subscribers door. Founder David Nicol is passionate about Craft Whisky, and believes that by helping the craft whisky producers bring their product direct to the customer, they are free to focus on what they do best - making a great drink, using local ingredients and as traditional a process as possible. David and the team are constantly on the lookout, all over the world, for the best craft whisky producers for his customers. Once selected, a foodie treat is paired up to enhance each particular whisky and show it off at its best. Boxes feature full, typically 70cl (75cl USA) bottles. Shipping is free throughout the UK and USA.

Whisky good but not good service

I'm only giving 3 stars because the Whisky I've received from the Whisky Club is very good. The service isn't so good though. The whiskies never seem arrive on time and there has been a gradual time slip to the point that instead of receiving 2 bottles every 2 months I am gradually slipping a month behind. I have communicated this to the company but have not really received a satisfactory response. I am going to give them a few more months and if the service doesn't improve I will be cancelling my subscription.

Amazing club, best gift ever!

Craft Whiskey Club was a last minute inspiration of a Christmas present for my husband a couple years ago. He still tops it as one of his favorite presents ever. We have access to unique whiskey that we never would have before. All of them different, all of them delicious. Great club!

Second bottle

Subscribe to 2 bottles every 2 months. Second box arrived today and disappointed with the second bottle this time. I effectively paid £55 for a £45 bottle! Reading reviews it seems others are getting a glass but I haven’t received one in either box. Shame as the concept is good.

We are sorry to hear that you feel that on this occasion you did not receive value for money on your most recent subscription box. Whilst we cannot comment on other retailers pricing of products, we do strive to ensure our boxes are value for money for each of our members. We seek out rare and limited release whiskies and all of our prices include tracked next day delivery and using dpd, food pairings and a curated experience including information about each of the Whisky producers.

this is the 3rd box of isle of raasay that you have sent me in a row, i thought the idea was you sent me something different every time, or don't you really care check your records, or do you just pick a box at random? i'm curious, this is not my idea of what to expect from your company, what's happening?

"Forgot" to send my order one month

"Forgot" to send my order one month. I had to chase them when I realised it didn't arrive. I have a feeling they've "forgotten" me this month too, but haven't looked into it yet. Basically you pay more than the bottle of whisky is worth for a bottle of whisky and a chocolate bar/bag of crisps/biscuits. You would think you might get some kind of preferential price through bulk discounts but it's more.
