Then first bottle arrived really nice product and great whisky

Delivered prematurely - meant to be a xmas present from children. Product not quite to my taste - but that is a personal thing.extras were appreciated.

We love it! Bought as an anniversary gift for my husband. Our first bottle was delicious!

They don't have a phone number for contact, but when I reached out via email with a concern, they promptly dealt with my issue and had great follow-up. I was very impressed with their customer service!

Really enjoyed both bottles I received. My only complaint is the next scheduled shipment has something I wouldnt qualify as a "Craft" whiskey.

I gave a subscription to my partner two years ago and we're probably in it for life. We get two bottles every other month, and we've discovered some truly great whiskeys. Unlike some of the others I've had no problems with customer service when there have been issues. And yes, over two years there have been occasional issues. But I've always gotten a pleasant and professional response, and have always felt my concerns were important to them. I've found that if you come into a situation with a clear idea of what the problem is, and a resolution that will make you happy, and your approach is positive and reasonable, you're likely to get the best results.

I've checked on the actual cost for some of the whiskeys we've gotten, and the monthly amount we're charged is totally reasonable. The snacks are fun (you're not buying this subscription for the snacks), and some of the extras that are sent are truly awesome - glassware, bottle stoppers/pourers, some truly fun and unexpected, quality branded items. We fell in love with one of the Glen Cairn glasses they sent and when one of our cats broke it, they searched until they could find more. I was willing to purchase them, but as it took awhile to get things organized they offered us two as a gift.

So, unique and delicious whiskys, fun snacks and gifts, reasonable price (not cheap, mind you, but reasonable for what you're getting), and customer service that actually cares. A very hard to beat combination.

If I had ANY thoughts to offer, it's that I wouldn't mind knowing more about the whiskys we get, and some lore about how best to enjoy them. It would add more class to an already classy product. That said, the internet is a click away and there's plenty of info there.

I have to agree with Terri below that the website needs some TLC to be much more user friendly! However, I did give a gift membership last year and the recipient was very satisfied.

This has to be the worst e-commerce website I have ever encountered. What is being asked for is unclear (high-lighted boxes), corrections by backspacing don't work, requiring starting over, who is being billed and whom is being delivered to -- or even whether this is indeed being treated as a 'guest membership' -- is unstated. And to top it off, after being assured delivery was ok in Washington state, my order was cancelled with the statement that delivery to that address could not be made. The only positive is that I may not have been charged on my card.

Got a very civilized, apologetic reply, showing more e-sophistication than evident from website experience.
Browser problem? Cultural difference? (9-digit vs. 5-digit zip code?) We'll see.

Great whiskey that I otherwise wouldn’t have discovered with a great little pairing treat.

Great whiskeys used wish there could be more that comes with the box in terms of a booklet showing reciepies to use for that whiskey to get the most out of the taste, maybe 2 smaller different snacks.

Maybe introduce a theme so whiskeys for Christmas time, summer whiskeys etc. But overall its still great.

We are very pleased with the customer service and the variety of products we are experiencing with the subscription club membership. We received one of our subscription boxes that include a sample of bourbon cream. It was a wonderful and a great idea for the gift baskets I create. I requested where I could purchase more. They contacted the supplier, provided the means to purchase, and they shipped it quickly. Unfortunately, some came damaged but they responded quickly and sent the order again. We received emails to confirm the order arrived safely. This was just another example that this company cares not only for quality of products but also for their customers. Thank you for the wonderful service.

You Still have yet to send me the 2nd bottle as Was told there would be 2 and only one has come in. where is the 2nd one?

They offer excellent opportunities to buy the most eclectic range at reasonable prices; delivery was as promised, safe & secure. The bottle remains sealed for now...
