Ordered a couple of Christmas gifts nearly a month before Christmas. I was assured multiple time over email that the items would arrive by Christmas Eve. Well, Christmas came and went and they still hadn't shipped. Very disappointing for me and the family members that left empty handed. Some honesty about not being able to fulfill their commitments would have allowed me to get other gifts in time.

The other 1 star review is correct. I also ordered from them on the 11th of December and was given a delivery date of December 18th. It is now the 26th of December, no response from craghill, no response from uniuni, package has been "out for delivery" for over 72 hours.

Ordered a card holder in November, ship date pushed back a couple of times no big deal, fast forward to 12/21/2025 still no stocking stuffer there shipper ( uni uni) refuses to assist, now if I were craighill I would have offered a refund or ship out a second unit , neither happened so, I submitted a charge back with Amex today , word to the wise avoid this company,

Craighill designs and creates everyday things, like decorative items and metal puzzles. My favorites are their high quality metal puzzles.

I recently bought a bundle offer with multiple puzzles, but found one of the puzzles quite tight and hard to disable and assemble.

I reached out to their customer support, where I was immediately offered a replacement puzzle send to me free of charge. The replacement puzzle was in perfect condition.

And I must add, that of all metal puzzles are of the absolute highest quality and a joy to play with.

And should a mistake happen, it is good to know that you are meet with a great customer service, dedicated to ensuring happy customers.
