Very easy to deal with, well trained staff, super fast, very happy indeed.

Insanely fast turn around, they revived my module on Tuesday, repaired it and had it back in royal mails hands to be delivered back to me next day. 48 hours from leaving my door to back in my hands repaired from the other side of the country. Exceptional! I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely amazing service. I didn't want to post the airbag module off as I needed a fast turnaround. I gave Jean a call and she let me personally take along the module the next morning. We popped up the road for a coffee and Jean called me an hour or so later to say all fixed. The module has since worked perfectly in the car. Highly recommended.

I sent my mx5 srs ecu to get reset wasnt happy with result so sent back to get checked they said all ok wasnt so i bought a second hand unit now all correct so how much they check im notsure

Sent my motorhome airbag module to them on Monday morning, they received it Tuesday morning. Unfortunately it could not be repaired so they sent a new unit out which I received early Wednesday afternoon and I fitted it the same day. Excellent service and all good now. The only downside was instead of paying £91.20 for the repair, it cost me £390, but that wasn’t their fault. Luck of the draw I suppose. On the positive side, the new unit comes with 12 months warranty.

Fully explained on the module and I appreciatte a lot of people don't know the differance between battery surface voltage and discharge capacity.
A lot of companies are hard to deal with, but not yourselves.

Can't praise these guys enough. Top notch. I sent a module in for repair & it was beyond repair due to corrosion. They used a donor module & copied my data across & promptly sent it back to me. No extra charge.
Excellent customer service.

I live in Norway and sent my broken Airbag module to Crash Data in UK on Monday morning.
After only 72 hours I received a new module fully programmed back and everything is now working perfectly.

I sent my Peugeot Boxer based motorhome faulty air bag module on Monday and had it back by Thursday because I opted for the Royal Mail 48 hr service. Back in the vehicle this afternoon and all up and working with the airbag warning light no longer being displayed. So very happy and fingers crossed I can keep the battery charged sufficiently this time ! Thanks for an excellent service.

Excellent speedy service. Airbag module with stored crash data from a Clio III reset. Received a phone call to say ready and would I like it dropped off by hand as i`m close by. Supplied with print out of before and after fault codes.

My airbag module was gorked, sent to Crash data they emailed me that it had lost communication but they could recover the data if I could supply a donor module. I obtained a module from a Lithuanian breaker and sent to crash data they returned the module in a couple of days and it worked straightaway after refitting into car.
Thank you so much this has saved my daughter needing to replace a perfectly usable car.

This was the second time my air bag module had failed. This one was only 4.5 yrs old. Contacted Crash Data to buy a new one but Jean persuaded me to let them have a look at it first. Sent it to them on the Monday and by Tues evening was contacted by Jean to say it was fixed and duly received it back on the Wednesday. Couldn't fault their service, fast efficient and very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Very poor service, have had two attempts with two different modules, both repairs failed, got charged for both. When you call, the rudest receptionist on the planet fobs you off, by telling you you should have read the small print, which basically says Crashdata will take your money, but no responsibility for anything.
These guys fix nothing in my experience, apart from their bank balance.

I rung up and asked if they could sort an airbag module for me i gave them all the details off the module and i was told they have not updated there website yet but said they can do it not a problem send it to them and they will turn it around in 24 hours to then get a message saying they can not actually do my module for whatever reasons and charged me a diagnostic fee anyways even though they told me they could do of otherwise i would never of sent it to them in the first place wouldnt reccommend using them and i will not be using them again

Only gave one star as cannot give less, on the website and all their media site they advertise as being able to fix air bag modules. Book mine in and when I arrive stayed water damage, inside the cases perfectly clean, when I attempted to speak to the man at counter he was extremely obnoxious, they gave me a full refund.
