3days after ordering my 2 Y6 folding e-bikes they arrived. Very easy to assemble as more or less assembled for you . Previous bikes have taken hours to assemble so that was great! Nice looking bikes although instructions could be better. Had an extra lever delivered along with the bike … not sure what they were for as nothing in the instructions but eventually found out that they were extra to add on for turning the bike into all electric. All in all very happy and at a decent price 👍

Got my 750w crazy bird jumper found the bike to be great but found that it had be changed you now don’t get any extra throttle grips with it as you once did and found that did not come the bigger screen but small one that does not have usb charger on it was disappointing .all so you will have to buy mud guards for front and back found it cheaper to get it form Amazon or eBay not crazy bird .but all said would buy one again yes great price for the money was every easy to put to together took me about 20 mins or so .

Quick delivery and was updated on progress every step of the way until the bike was delivered.
Great value for money, feels solidly built.
The bike is quite heavy and as others have said the brakes are not the best but this is to be expected for the price of the bike compared to the cost of others on the market.
The headlight is nice and bright but it's a strange decision to not include a rear light as part of the set up?

Very happy with the bike-excellent value for money and it rides like a little rocket. The screen arrived cracked, but the business responded quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle.It is exactly as specified.
Would definitely recommend.

Great Bike and service, all questions and help sorted very efficiently, the bike itself has plenty of power and is well built i mainly use pedal assist as it gives me more exercise for my disability, i can say the bike has changed my life from not being able to walk far and using a wheelchair for any distance to now going places that I never thought possible again with ease. All on a great looking bike.

I had a problem with the display panel on my crazybird jumper, contacted crazybird web site, they couldn't have been more helpful, they sent me a new display panel straight away, got it fitted and Everything is working.

So far so brilliant!
Was a bit dubious about buying foreign but at 599 you simply cannot be robbed!!
Fab packaging arrived as stated.
Hubby put together in about 30 mins as a couple of things were already on but needed turning round. Have only been round the block a couple of time and need to learn how to use gears etc as this is first e-bike and to be honest havnt ride any bike in years! It’s a solidly built bike and easy fold but it needs a good lug into the back of the car. (I have just bought a bike bag to put it in as think this will be easier to lift in the car.)
TBH we have bought this as a trial for our little r20 Romahome to see if fits in ok and if ok will buy another for hubby as he said it’s absolutely fabulous. These will be great for going off campsites and into villages or through woodland like hamsterley forest etc. cannot wait! 👏👏💪 🚲

I got this bike saturday the 27th of june
I saw all the media posts about this bike.
So i thought this is the bike for me.
It arrived.
They must of sent me a cut corners bike
Theres no foot pump
Theres no throttle that everyone else got
The seat is different
The display is tiny compared to everyone elses i have seen
There is not even a lock on the battery its just a cheap lever so battery will get stolen easy.
Theres cheap handle bar grips where others have comfortable ones.
This bikes going back
Seems to me crazybird have started cutting corners and im no longer liking the bike and wish i had spent somewhere else

9Ive had a crazybird E20 for about three weeks, and feel compelled to share my experience. Firstly the customer service from this company is outstanding. Lola couldn't be more helpful, responding swiftly to any correspondence that I sent. As for the bike, at the price point I want expecting too much be fair but the bike is actually really good. It arrived earlier than expected and I have to say the bike is very well made and was set up perfectly out of the box. It takes a decent basic level DIY skills to assemble and you need to bear in mind the bike is very heavy. When it comes to riding ive only been out on it half a dozen times and the overall weight coupled with the fat tyres take some getting used to. The bike accelerates fairly quickly and handle hills with minimum effort bearing in mind im a heavy guy. As for reliability its too early to comment but with a two year warranty I do have some peace of mind. I can but hope it was a smart investment. So far im very impressed

Looked at various options but this one stood out from the others. Delivered a few days after ordering, great quality bike and easy to put final parts together. After sales queries answered promptly and made the whole purchasing process a good experience. Thank you for that, if only all online purchasing was so efficient.

Ordered the crazy bird ceta it came 3 days after the order. I got an email the day before the delivery containing a delivery time (for me 11:00-13:00) I got a call telling me it would arrive in 40 minutes and it did so far I've ridden it to work approximately 5 miles and it works brilliantly

Quick delivery from UK warehouse . The CU7 was well packed & protected . Easy to put together but allow yourself a couple of hours once unpacked . Everything worked straight out of the box . Throttle included . Bike goes really well . Happy with purchase and this will cope with my local runs and some a little further .

Once I placed my order I was kept informed of my bikes journey from dispatch to delivery. My purchase arrived on time by two very polite courier's, it came very well packaged. The instructions to build the bike were very clear and therefore I found easy to understand.

I bought two Crazybird Seta electric assist bicycles and love them!!
My wife wasn't too sure at first but now I can't keep her off it, they are stylish and fantastic value, very easy to build and comfortable to ride. I had to contact customer support for a fault I created whilst cleaning my bike and they were wonderful, I would recommend these bicycles and Crazybird themselves.

I bought the Y6 and was unsure whether I made the right decision downsizing from 26" wheels to 20", though first ride out was achieving over 20kph no problem without the battery and into a slight headwind.
Just started my 4th week of use, commuting only, and still on the first charge and still in the high 80s% as generally use the battery for the ride home after work.
There was a slight delay with delivery but crazybird sorted it.
The build quality is great and I love the hybrid mode, the fold up is compact.
My first experience of e-bikes and loving it. Looking forward to many more years on the crazybirdbike 😃🚵

Hello in short a great bit of kit timely delivery very well packed box was lightly damaged bike was all good on assembly there was no throttle in box but not a problem Crazybird shipped one straight away all assembly was a breeze have only done a phew miles so far on and off road very happy hope this helps other people many thanks.Steve.

I’ve honestly had a very good experience with Crazybird support.

I use my e-bike properly — daily riding, hills, commuting, long journeys — so when issues happen, they really affect my day to day life.

First, I had an issue after installing the throttle and ended up with a puncture and the tyre coming off the rim. Support responded quickly, helped me identify the correct inner tube size (26x4), and advised me properly instead of leaving me confused. They also agreed to reimburse the repair costs, inner tube, and even the slime used for puncture protection after I provided receipts. The refund process was smooth and professional.

More recently, I had an issue with my front light. Again, support responded quickly and offered to send a replacement without any drama.

What I appreciate most is that they actually communicate like human beings. Fast replies, polite attitude, clear instructions, and genuine willingness to help. That makes a huge difference when your bike is your main form of transport.
