Bike arrived quick and in good order. Easy installation and the bike is perfect for my son and he loves it. Great value for money.

I bought a T7 Pro. Fast shipping and very simple to assemble. After a few months of use the bike is really sturdy and has no problem carrying an 17 stone guy like me. I would definitely recommend this e-bike.

Great delivery easy to assemble and a great bike for my needs

Ordering OK, on delivery found the package had been opened more than once, on unpacking front wheel brake disc bent beyond use, good job I had spare that fitted, the so called bonus gift has never arrived, had one message stated package wrongly addressed and return to sender, nothing heard of since, over all bike works very well and for the UK, can be derestricted for private land use

I have purchased two of the L5s both were delivered and as l live along a narrow lane l must commend the delivery team. The bikes we're fairly easy to assemble. I did have issues on both bikes on putting on the front wheel as soon as you tightened them up the disc brakes started to rub but l sorted it. The bikes are well built and you feel safe on them. There is some noise when peddling but you expect that from a bike of this price. My wife says the seat could be more comfortable but l have no issues. Were well pleased with them and haven't had any real issues so can't comment on there helpfulness if an issue occurred. All in all a good sturdy ebike.

Had a few minor problems with my new bike firstly front brake keeps binding had to strip it down and clean and reset.second problem when I put my bike in the folding position in to my car when I lifted it out the key was bent in half.some times when riding the throttle doesn’t respond have to keep trying it then all of a sudden it kicks in.im really happy with the build otherwise

Bought 2 bikes from vitilan and both bikes have become faulty within the first 6 months. We been contacting them and it's just been a circle of videos they keep asking for!!!! We have shown them over and over again but they just ignore and ask for another different video. I can see recently many people are not happy. Maybe vitilans owners have changed or something. It is not fair this service and we just want our bikes repaired. It's true they don't honour warranty and expect you to Pay for everything. We are £3000 out of pocket because of Vitilan. Personally I would stay away. My husband has just given up because it's so hard making video after video. We are both nearly 70!!! Avoid Vitilan. It's not worth buying from them or you will be stuck like us.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid! Vitilan are not who you think they are. I purchased a bike from these and I have had nothing but problems with it. They DO NOT honor thier warranty. They have the worst customer service and will not replace or refund you. Keep away from them! Fraudulent company.

Purchased a m5 bike a few weeks ago rode fine for 2/3 days then began showing its true colours. Bike is the worst quality bike I have ever seen in my life. Everything is falling apart on the bike and Vitilan are avoiding my emails and messages. They do not like returns or anything which costs them any money. Keep well well away from this company. They are borderline scammers. Just do a quick online search about this company. Don’t give them 1p they will take your money send you trash and there’s no support at all. Soon I will contact my credit card company to do a chargeback. Avoid at all costs. Worst bikes, worst customer service I have ever encountered. If there was 0 stars I would have selected that.

​I purchased a Vitilan T7 Pro bicycle from this company, which is a Chinese company hiding behind a UK website.

​I received the bike on the 5th of August. Within 3 days, it developed a very loud creaking noise from the back suspension area. The battery would not charge to 100 percent, and the motor began stalling on hills.

​I am a very fair person and I didn't just jump to trying to get a refund. I contacted Vitilan and explained the situation in hope for a solution. They just made me go in circles, sending them video after video and ignoring what I was trying to tell them.

​Eventually, I thought I'd take the bike to an ebike specialist, who checked the bike and told me to send it back and get a full refund as soon as possible. He said the construction of the bike is built for failure and will never last. The rear suspension pivots were not greased at all from the factory and were made with very odd screws which you cannot source here in the UK.

He advised not to even think about keeping it and that it was built very badly with very, very low-quality components.

​The motor controller was very low quality, built for a rated current of 15 amps and was rated at a maximum current of 30A. So the controller was running at maximum continuously; hence, the motor kept stalling on short hills or climbs.
​The battery would not go past 96 percent, even after 3 full charges.

The website claims LG/Samsung cells, but it was clear they did not use these cells because the battery stated something else.

​I never write reviews for any company because I feel bad that it will affect their sales. This is the first review I have ever written in my life about any company, and this is because of what came next.

​I contacted Vitilan and told them the bike is faulty, it has multiple problems, and I really did try to keep it by finding a solution for the problems, but I would rather have a full refund. They initially tried to stall me by saying they would give me some money back and send some parts, etc. I refused, as I'd just paid £1650 for a brand-new bike and it had so many faults, and I'd been advised by an ebike specialist that it was one of the worst quality bikes he had ever seen.

​They then tried to avoid sending the bike back at any cost. At this stage, I threatened them with a PayPal dispute or a chargeback through my bank. They then sent me a prepaid collection label. The bike was collected on the 20th and received back in their warehouse some days later.

​They have been stalling my refund ever since they got the bike back, lying to me every day and making up excuses.

​I have genuinely, hand on heart, never come across such a shady and low-spirited company in my entire life, and God's honest truth, like I said, I have never written anyone a review, but I was so stressed by the whole situation that my wife said, "I know you don't like doing reviews, but think of how many people you will save from dealing with this company if you write a review."

​So I just want to say to anyone who is looking to buy from this company: for your own peace of mind, keep well away. Don't go near a company like this. They will send you a terrible bike, and once there are problems, you will not know what to do. Luckily, I managed to open a case with PayPal, but I have learned a very, very big lesson. Avoid at all costs. Don't even give them a chance to take your hard-earned cash.

I bought the u3 several weeks ago. The range is great, easily doing 35/40milea. The power and hill climbing are excellent. I easily keep up with my partner on her ADO ultra folding bike and the range is much better. The negatives are that it is much heavier than her bike and you will really struggle carrying it up stairs in railway stations. It’s much bigger when folded than her ADO and much harder to squeeze into a car boot However, the Vitilan is less than half the price of these higher end folders. It is far less sophisticated but does the job well. My major issue is that the rolling resistance due to the 3 inch wide tyres is significant and would be hard work riding without PAS. If a model was released with 2.2 to 2.4 inch wheels this would receive my full 5 stars.

I love it! Great performance and battery life. Easy enough to build, I am so pleased I did my research as I have friends who have issues with their ebikes. Sent to me quickly too. 100% recommended 👍

I ordered the L5 ebike and the battery (£400) died 1 week after the warranty expired. They have refused to provide a new battery, rendering my bike useless. I had countless problems with the bike and it let me down on several occasions at work. Avoid this company. Customer service is poor and no phone number.

I went with the Vitilan t7 pro and so far I’m really impressed. Great power assist and range and looks robust. Occasionally there is a slight lag in the transfer of power assist but it’s only an issue when navigating tight turns with the change of speed. If found it much more competitive in price than others and also a comfortable ride.

Great bike have done over a 1000 miles

My Vitilan electric bike has been a life saver, it is an excellent product. Very capable and very easy to handle. The battery range is excellent, I have been travelling to work (approx 15 miles round trip daily). The flexible settings are very easy to set and understand. Minor issues with air in the brake lines but easily solved with an online bleeding kit. So all in all very happy with my purchase!
