Lovely quality card and love the witty coasters. They are perfect for stocking fillers for older children (32 years old!) Prompt service, great communication and speedy delivery. Items packaged well... もっず芋る

Lovely range of cards. The handwriting service at no extra cost was brilliant as well! Saved on paper and postage rather than having to send it to myself and then back out again. Browsing, ordering... もっず芋る

Good quality cards and arrived very quickly within 48 hours of placing the order. Great communication too as one of my selected cards wasn’t available. When they discovered they did actually have on... もっず芋る

Thanks for your feedback Ben, pleased you enjoyed the service. I notice you bought a birthday card, of which we currently have c450 listed out of a total of c2000. We do not print on demand but focus more on those cards which are more unique, so we have to hold stock - makes it more difficult to do what some of the biggies do when they can simply be printed as and when you buy them. So, do email us and let us know what other cards you'd like to see, as we often buy in new and different stock based on customer feedback. All the best for now, and thanks for being a customer :-)

First time buying cards from this seller.
Overall experience was excellent from start to finish.
I appreciated the kind “thank you” note that came with my card.
The cards are made from good quality card & certainly look the part.
I’m looking forward to buying more cards in the near future.
Highly recommend!!!!!

Superb service

Superb service - I’ve broken my wrist so I’m unable to write. Not a fan of digital writing so used the hand writing service for the personal touch. Very impressive customer service as always.

Shop Local and Nationally here! Better than moonpig!

Great service prompt and in my opinion better than moonpig! I’ve always shopped here at their shop in the lanes. So easy online to order and even get sent to people direct! So glad of this service as I am isolating with COVID-19.

So far not so good

So far not so good. I love your shop and always buy cards when I come down but the last 2 orders I’ve made online haven’t arrived.

***2nd Update*** - no contact received from the customer despite requests and only one order located, so we are unable to help further.

**Update - having checked all systems we can only find one order under your name Greg - and that was one from last week. We have not heard further from you by email as per request below, so assume your order has now arrived? I wonder if you might consider altering your feedback on here given it seems you have not ordered online from us until last week and so you reference to 'your last 2 orders' must be mistaken? And that we dispatched your order last week in the expected timings. We'll look out for any further from you by email**

Hey Greg, thanks for doing the review. I've checked the system and since we changed our web platform in April, I only see one order, which was dispatched on 10th Aug. Sorry if that hasn't arrived yet however unless you email and tell us it's difficult to try and rectify any issues. I will check the legacy system from pre April orders however I also see no historic emails regards any problems. We want to be the best we can, but it is difficult to help when the first we hear about an issue is through a public 1 star review on here. Perhaps you can email us at smile@creasedcards.com in future so we can try to put anything that is wrong, right. Tomorrow, we'll also check the legacy system for previous issues you seem to have had. Perhaps in the meantime, you could email to confirm you are saying the dispatch from earlier this week hasn't arrived. Thanks and all the best for now, Paul
