I ordered a necklace with my daughter’s name and it was beautiful! It was delivered really quickly which I was impressed by. I particularly liked the choice of fonts and to preview the name. The only thing I’d say is I ordered a 16 inch chain as I wanted it to be shorter than necklaces I already have (to wear both together) but with the length of the name (only 5 letters long) it obviously lengthens where the necklace sits so it’s more like an 18” chain.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. To begin with, the bracelet I ordered arrived late and wasn’t even the correct item. When I contacted them, they refunded the delivery fee and assured me they would send the correct bracelet with next-day delivery.

I returned the incorrect item promptly, but after 10 days, I still hadn’t received any update. I had to chase them myself, only to be met with accusations that I had lied about receiving the wrong bracelet, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.

Given the delay meant I had already missed my friend’s birthday, I asked if they could at least include an extra gem as a goodwill gesture. They refused, and the replacement bracelet still took an additional 3 days to arrive.

There was no apology at any point, and the entire experience showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I am genuinely appalled and will never shop with this company again.

The company’s response to this review is also incorrect, the messages and dates show that the return bracelet took over 14 days to be dispatched back to me.

I ordered a personalised gift as a birthday present and I did have a little issue but it was so easy to reach out and it was sorted as soon as I contacted them.. I can truly say that I will be ordering again as it’s a lovely place to purchase sentimental gifts

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but on this occasion I feel it’s warranted.

I ordered a necklace around six weeks ago and was initially very happy when it arrived. However, after only a short time, part of the silver has already tarnished. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, as I own several pieces of silver jewellery and have never experienced this issue so quickly.

I was told the tarnishing was due to “outside factors” and likely caused by contact with something that accelerated the process. I responded to explain that I had followed the care and cleaning guidance provided, and felt there should be some responsibility on their part given how little time I’ve had the necklace.

Unfortunately, the reply I received simply stated that I was outside of the 30-day period, with no offer to discuss the matter further or find a resolution.

This isn’t the level of customer service you would expect when investing in a piece of jewellery. Very disappointing.

Really quick and efficient

I liked the bracelet that I bought. The only issue was the delivery. It was not priority. The expected date was the 6th, but it arrived on the 12th of March. Other than that, I liked it.

Ordered a gift for my wife of the kids for Mother’s Day, on checking for delivery looked like I hadn’t clicked priority posting but after contacting HBD jewellery and explained they managed to get it to my on time. The wife loved her gift

The necklace I ordered for my 7-year-old daughter’s birthday was absolutely breathtaking. I added a heart and her birthstone, and it looked so beautiful on her. The quality is excellent, and I can’t wait to order again.

Unfortunately, it arrived a day later than expected, but as it still arrived on her birthday, she was able to open it after school, which made it a lovely moment.

What an amazing experience from start to finish it was easily manageable to choose exactly what you want and you can change anything you want for the perfect choice an RT e delivery was impressive it was here well before the needed time I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and it won’t be the last one either

Was overall a good experience product quality is good. Delivery times were not too long either.

great bracelet - come quick and great quality! i only wish the name bended round the wrist a little bit as it doesnt sit the best for long names

Customer service was brilliant, I made a mistake on my delivery option and was panicking about getting one of the necklaces for my granddaughters birthday in time and they sent my order out on a next day delivery at no extra cost to me! I ordered 3 name necklaces for 3 granddaughters birthdays and I have to say the necklaces are beautifully made in solid silver and will last. I am very happy with my order and happy to recommend this company to anyone and I will be buying from again. 5 stars.

Ordered my necklace nearly 2 weeks ago and still havnt received it in time. This was a Mother’s Day present and still hasn’t received!!

I have now purchased three necklaces from Hey Big Day and cannot praise the quality enough. I wear the jewellery every day and they don't tarnish at all even through showering and wearing perfume. The designs are stunning and I am constantly complimented on the pieces I own. I love how you can add charms to the name necklaces which helped to make the necklace extra special. Production and delivery times were really good considering the items I purchased were personalised. Highly recommend.
