I am grateful to all the Consultants and Nurses at Create Fertility- without you all, I wouldn’t be sitting here with my baby girl in my arms writing this review.
We were supported and listened to and hope was given- despite being told we required donor eggs.
I learnt that I needed to trust the doctors, trust in the process and trust in my body. Have faith!

I had my first time round had a girl with abc/create 2nd time round fell pregnant. Absolutely over the moon the staff are amazing.
I love the fact it was the same doctor that done my transfer both times thank you Dr Kulkarm

The Dr. made me feel super comfortable during my scan, took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience seamless. All the staff were great. Would highly recommend.

The doctors understand my body system based on test results and gave the best protocol for the treatment.

Had a great experience at St Paul's clinic, i have been looked after very well. We have now a boy, and im so glad i met that amazing staff

Had my egg collection at St Pauls and had the best care. Everyone was so kind, explained everything. Would like to say a special thanks to my main nurse Krystal (and the other nurses who I can’t remember the name of sorry!) who introduced herself with a smile, accompanied me to theatre and made sure I was pain free post the procedure. Genuinely 10/10 care. Thank you.

Create’s medical, nursing and surgical team were brilliant and during my appointments and procedures made me feel totally at ease. We never saw the same doctor twice would be my only feedback, but the people we did see were always great. Sadly the admin team really let Create down. The communication was poor, I chased basic information and the only way to get to speak to someone was to withhold payment so they called you! We also had some bad experiences, for example, after my first round I was told I was pregnant and then told I wasn’t a matter of minutes later on another call. If it wasn’t for the head of nursing (Chriss) we would have left Create. Her support, understanding and dedication to getting our questions answered in areas outside of her remit were hugely appreciated. We are so so lucky that a few rounds in we managed to fall pregnant and now have a beautiful 7 week old baby boy, which in the end is all that matters, it would have just been wonderful if our experience with Create wasn’t so frustrating, adding to an already stressful time.

I do not recommend this clinic.

They were very poor with communication and difficult to get hold of. IVF has very critical timelines so you need a team who you can speak to easily. There were times when we would wait days for a response. There was also conflicting advice and a misdiagnosis. We went to another clinic and had a much better service there. Our treatment at the other clinic was successful and I put this down to a better protocol for us, better listening and less stress vs. Create.

They also took too long to send over our medical notes.

Create were fantastic, good communication throughout; with a sensitivity to the journey of IVF.
We had one unsuccessful transfer and sit writing this with our 6-week old daughter and are so grateful to create for making it all possible.

We had such a brilliant experience with Create from start to finish. Lauren, our patient coordinator, helped us throughout. Every appointment was comfortable, calm and reassuring. Every single person we came into contact with, reception staff, doctors, nurses, anaesthetists etc treated us with such kindness. Could not recommend enough. No question felt stupid to ask, the support we received was amazing. As a same sex couple, a thoughtful and aware environment was super important to us, and Create really delivered on this front also.

I don’t recommend this clinic.
I have 4 embryo transfer , all failed. They didn’t do all the blood test, investigation, after 2 failed embryo transfers they give me injections, but without any progesteron blood test🤦
First I was at Abc clinic, after 2 failed embrions they said to me” we don’t know why, you have to go at create fertility “ . Basically the let me in stand by, without any answers.
First they ask for money, after you have to call them for next step.
Very disappointed, definitely I don’t recommend. Inexperienced.

Excellent. Clear, friendly guidance and nurses and doctor considerate and caring. Felt looked after throughout whole process.

From the start Create Fertility at St Paul’s, London we’re understanding, approachable and took me through each step without being overwhelming. Everyone from the reception staff to Nurses and embryologists were amazing, so friendly and gave clear instructions on next steps and what to expect.
My treatment resulted in our identical twin girls! Over half way now and couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish Abc Ivf have been a wonderful service. The staff are polite, kind and very caring. Great option for those wanting a professional service for more affordable price compared to other clinics.

Really Disappointed with Create. Started our journey with them in 2021 for three rounds of IVF. First round was amazing, was regularly seen by the same consultants and things went well until sadly we lost the baby at 6 weeks. The next two rounds through 2022 - 2023 were disorganised, the clinic was over flowing and we were seen by multiple advisors throughout the process, some with conflicting advise, some wanting to proceed with egg collection and costly injections and one in particular, whom had previously cancelled a cycle part way through, advising that perhaps it should be cancelled again. All resulted in no pregnancy for us and sadly we are unable to afford more treatment as the sperm donor along with injections and fresh egg transfer each time came in excess of 23k. On final meeting the clinic asked if we would like some counselling of which I agreed to they are sill yet to call. That was in November 2023.

On the 30/11/19 we had our Transfer booked for 2pm, we then received 2 calls (1 missed from Create) asking if we would change the appointment for 1pm. We were told that I should Drink a large amount of water enough for the bladder to be full upon arrival.

We got to Create Fertility Saint Pauls at 12:45 and were asked to change in what seemed to be a storage room with 2 beds and curtains, we were told that we would be seen shortly after arriving. During the wait an additional couple was brought in to the bed next to ours, asked to change and told that they would be seen soon.

After waiting for over 30 minutes there was no visit from either a nurse or doctor, we were not informed as to what was happening and I began to feel immense discomfort due to the bladder being required to be full. 15 minutes later the couple next to us also raised concern as his partner was feeling the same discomfort. Upon talking to one of the nurses I was allowed to pass a small amount of Urine and we were "Promised" that we would be seen soon.

At around 2:15pm after again receiving no updates I was taken into the transfer room. At this stage what happened next was completely unacceptable.
I was out on the Embryo Transfer chair whilst my husband was asked to stay in the other room, my legs were strapped to the chair and the nurse then left the room. The Door was left completely open leaving me in an extremally compromising and embarrassing position, whilst I was there 2 patients (the original couple) walked by the door.

I had to call my husband in to the room, by this point completely in tears due to the entire ordeal. The transfer was made with me in a devastated state which I'm sure would not contribute to the success of the IVF procedure. From arriving at Create Fertility at 12:45 the Transfer was not completed until 2:35pm.

This was my formal complain to the clinic, who replied back saying "after investigating" they can assure there was no mistake on the way my treatment happened.

I only wrote this review so people know what they can expect from them. Unfortunately I can't change the date reason why it states 2023.
