Terrible customer service. Part of this subscription is being able to contact someone with questions and to get help with learning. That is not true. They may or may not answer emails, and when they do, they'll say they sent it to tech and no one gets back to you. I think they were supposed to offer one-on-one phone service, too. Not true. What a joke.
Attempted to correct the shippingâŠ
Attempted to correct the shipping address multiple times and ways prior to shipping to no avail. Customer support never returned my messages.
Took 2 months for them to ship product
I placed this order on April 11, 2025. After 2 weeks of no shipping information I reached out and received very little communication. When they finally responded they told me that parts were on backorder. I chose to wait longer for the product. After another 3 weeks I had to reach out again for an update. At that time they started product was stuck on a shipping container. I was rather frustrated but due to my son's interest in the product I chose to wait longer. On June 12th I finally called it quits. I emailed the company again stating after no updates on when the product would be sent we are requesting a refund. Conveniently they stated that they had "sent it" on June 11 (untrue). When I received that email she attach a tracking number that stated the shipment was generated today June 13th. I am very dissatisfied with how they have conducted business and the lack of communication. I hope when and if we receive the product that it is up to the expected quality. I will not be ordering again or recommending this company. Very frustrating!
Poor communication
Can't speak for the product, as it was shipped to the wrong address. I asked for the billing address to be updated. They instead changed the shipping address. I have examples and screenshots of what should have been changed. I emailed back, with no reply. I contacted the website, with no reply. Super frustrating. Maybe, someone will see this and I will get a response?
Need more follow up
Communication was decent. There was no follow up and responses back to me until I prompted a new email. Its frustrating when its on the customer to have to prompt and get updates.

There are problems getting the projects to function properly. The parts don't always function and there isn't support that is easy to access to figure out what the problem could be.

Requested to cancel an unfulfilled shipment multiple times. I could not get ahold of anyone live and no one responded to my email
Horrible customer experience
I have reached out several times about a missing order that I purchased for my father. They have ignored the communication through email and through the website.
They promise 100% satisfaction - after spending $600 and they cannot reply to an email I suggest you go elsewhere.
DO NOT PURCHASE - Customer support will ignore you
Customer support will not get back with me after repeated attempts to contact via email and chat. I purchased two subscription boxes some time ago and cannot find the access code for the video courses on the first one. It's a very simple request yet they can't take the time to reply. I've provided proof of my purchase from their own website and I'm pretty sick of these guys at this point. If you want something like this, I suggest subscribing to Mark Rober's hack packs instead, which are more advanced kits than his other Crunch Lab kits and includes the topics Creation Crates is hawking. So ridiculous.

My order still is not delivered after 15 days of delay (it wasn't there for christmas), despite paying extra for premium delivery. Also création crate's customer support is not replying to my emails.
Unreliable shipping service
I ordered this on October 25th and it has still not been received. I know there is a Canada post strike now but that didnât start until November 15th. That is three weeks. The package should have arrived well before then. For a company that is purely by mail you really need to get it right.
Horrible customer service
We never received our order, and after I tried to cancel because it wasnât going to arrive in tome for Christmas, the company sent an email saying my order was shipped. When we tracked the order, the shipping company showed the order was still being prepared. Because of the lies, no communication from Creation Crate and poor overall customer service, I would strongly urge people to buy elsewhere.

Horrible customer service & communication - Failed to ship order placed over 2 weeks ago. Billed my credit card within 24 hours for the order though. No response to multiple emails (the only way to contact them). Very disappointing!

Some of the component parts were on back order so I did get a little worried that it may not make it in time for my grandsons birthday. That's the only reason I didn't give all 5 stars although I understand it's sometimes out of your control. I wasn't told it was going to be a couple weeks before you could ship out the order complete until I had already submitted my order. It would be an improvement to be given some alert so I could possibly make another selection before the order was final
