Very disappointed – low quality and overpriced
We ordered two lamps from Creative Lighting, and both looked very different in real life compared to the pictures online. What appeared black in the photos turned out to be a grey/silver color. The craftsmanship is poor, and the materials feel cheap and flimsy. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Creative Lighting and will not order again.

Nice minimal design that blends in well with the rest of the furniture. Doesn’t look like a cheap gadget, which was my concern before ordering.

I am very disappointed with this Company. I spent nearly £600 on LED Stair lights for a house in Provence.

The lights arrived and 12 of them had an issue with them where the solar panel had come loose from the body.

Despite sending photos, this Company refused to replace them.

Then, after 4 months, 15 stopped working completely.

I advised the Company of this and sent photos. A virtual assistant replied to say that they are not getting enough sun and moisture has set in. I need to remove them and place them in the heat for 2 days and try again.

Thankfully, in Provence in the South of France, we are blessed with a lot of sun and heat, so i found it difficult to accept that the solar lights had not charged in the 12 hours of sun most days. This is despite the same light on the step above and below seeming to enjoy the sun, because they worked.

So there is it, my outdoor lights don't seem to like being outside !

This Company puts up obstacles at every point and does not accept responsibility for faulty items. This is clear from my experience and other reviews.

The lights were very expensive and they appear to break and fail n a high percentage.

I would not use the Company again as their behaviour is dishonourable.

There are plenty of other better constructed LED lights out there.

Avoid like the plague, because they will avoid you once they have your money.

Mi paquete nunca ha llegado, mas de un mes esperando y tratando de que me den una solución. Imposible, no te devuelven el dinero bajo ningún concepto y eso que lo he solicitado por lo menos 5 veces.

Achat d’un luminaire qui s’est avéré être de très mauvaise qualité. Une vraie chinoiserie. A tel point qu’en demandant le remboursement, les frais de retour à destination de Chine…. Était à ma charge 60€… le produit est resté bloqué à la douane en Chine donc on m’a gentiment expliqué qu’on ne pouvait pas me rembourser. Une expérience très coûteuse pour un produit que je n’ai pas… Site à éviter ou alors croirez les doigts pour que le produit vous satisfasse…

I ordered 4 led lights 2 months ago. I kept communicating with the company advising them that i have NOT received the item. But they were saying : Item is delivered! They kept writing back saying item is with you (basically they accused me of lying). Yes i was very disappointed and told the person (the lady called Ebba) that i have paid $150 and received nothing, at least refund my money. Her answer : Its not our problem ask the Courier company! I followed up a lot and finally the courier company confesses that my order was LOST. Now my question is When the courier company is the contractual party of Creative Lighting , shouldnt they take it up with courier and meanwhile refund my money? Where is this company from. I call this Day Rubbery. I am ready to file legal and spend more money but give them a lesson not to do the same with other innocent customers.

la qualité est bonne mais la lampe bonhomme que j'ai acheté ne tient pas assise comme sur les photos donc pas utilisable. Impossible de se faire rembourser sans renvoyer en CHINE...

My delivery never arrived and I e mailed them . They shared photos of the delivery outside my house on a plant
pot .They claimed it was an Evri delivery ; it was not, it was Relay and despite several correspondence with them there was no empathy with my plight when I could not find my delivery . Relay did not ring my doorbell . My emails to Vreative Lighting were a waste of time to them ; just told me to go to the police . A week later I am watering my front garden and behind a big shrub I see a package . The lost item was thrown into my garden by the delivery driver and would be lost for months if the weather’s heat had not dictated it needed watering . These guys do not care about customers & if u order one item they send u a code for 25% off your next purchase so they are overpriced & chasing big margin . Buy @ ur peril . Delivery item does not match up to their on line campaign . I wish u all Luck better then my experience

This it seems is a scam and in hindsight wish I had done my part and dug deeper. I am hoping to be proved wrong - let's see if my package actually arrives although according to them I have signed for it
(POV exact same product can be purchased off TEMU and would probably be guaranteed delivery)

I ordered last summer 20 led outdoor solar stair lights. Two of those did not work but replaced. This summer seven lights did not work at all. They did not replace but offered a 30% discount on new order. I think that the fault ratio (7 out of 20) is excessive but they denied it!

Creative.Lighting is a Chinese company claiming to be a Swedish company. I purchased a projector from them and then asked to return it within the 30 day return period. They agreed to the return but would only provide a return address in China. They are in violation of EU laws by not providing a responsible company nor an address on their website, not providing a return address in their return conditions, and only providing a return address in China, after agreeing to accept a return. Difficult to return items. Unfriendly customer service via chat. Claiming they sent response to my email, which I never received. Do not buy from them

Difficult to return unwanted purchase as item has to be shipped back to China! The cost of shipping is more than the cost of item.
Ensure that you are sure of the item you want.
Company offered goodwill gesture of £60 first but reduced it to £30 when i agreed to receive the £60! Terrible experience.

Total scam. I had a package go missing, they insisted I file a police report, which I did - even though the delivery company should be held accountable for not delivering the package safely. Then after I provided them with proof that the police were unable (lack of evidence) to take any action they (someone called 'Ebba' probably not even his/her real name) stopped replying to my emails.

There are many companies out there that treat their customers with respect and deliver excellent customer service. However, creative.lighting is not one of them. Avoid this company at all costs!

I came across this website on Instagram. That time I was looking for a replacement for the chandelier we had in the front door which fell down because of the big storm sometime ago. I went around the shop looking but I wasn’t happy with the ones I saw.
I ordered the 12 leaves without even knowing how it would turn out. I waited for months to have it installed because our electrician was busy. Finally got it installed and we were so happy to have bought it. There are features that I didn’t even know of like changing the intensity of the brightness. Our friend who was watching it installed decided to order one too. After a week we decided to order the same one for another part of the room.

Absolute scam. They are selling low quality products claiming they are Swedish but are actually Chinese.

They then force you to return the good to China at your expense if you are not happy. Scam of the highest order.

Completely untrustworthy - AVOID

Var så dum først at slå fup firmaet op på Trustpilot, da jeg have bestilt lampen. Ville annullere ordren, men det kunne ikke lade sig gøre, da den allerede var shippet. Fra Kina kunne jeg se ved at arbejde med tracking linket. Alt var ellers sat op, så man skulle få det indtryk, at lampen kom fra Sverige. Lampen blev shippet hurtigere, end jeg nåede at finde ud af, at jeg var blevet taget ved næsen, og det fandt jeg hurtigt ud af. Da lampen kom, gik den hurtigt i stykker. Jeg sendte en video, og de sendte en ny værdiløs lampe, som heller ikke virkede. Jeg sendte en video som første gang, men nu bliver de ved med at sige, at jeg bare skal lade med det originale kabel, så skal den nok virke. Jeg får altid svar med et billede af en yndig nordisk dame, men det er jo bare en gemen svindler bag tasterne, formentlig en mand i 20-30 års alderen. Ham ville jeg gerne have fingre i.

In April 2025 I ordered 25 silver Ray dudes lamps.
The lights look really cool and the light they produce is also very nice.
However, when fully charged the lights only burn for about 5 hours, not long enough for a full dinner service.
The biggest problem is that after just 4 weeks, of using the lights only 4 nights a week, 9 of the charging cables are already broken and worse, 5 of them broke off inside the lamp, so both the cable and the lamps are unusable.
On contacting customer support, the answer was " we never had this complaint before, you need to be more carefull"..........

We treated the lamps with a lot of care and never forced any of the cables or anything like that.

€ 747,= paid and after 4 weeks I can't use 9 of the 25 lamps.....

Poor quality and even worse support.

This is a scam. Pretending to be a legit company from Europe. But is just drop shipping from Ali express in China.
You can buy the exact same product for a fraction of the price on AliExpress.
All the 5 star reviews are obviously fake.

Purchased a couple of remote control lights back in April. The lights arrived but had no remote controls. I wanted to return them but they kept offering for me to keep them and offered me a partial refund. Absolutely not as they are not fit for purpose, I am not blowing best part of £80 for something I can't use. They insisted I had to pay for returning them, even though this was a factory and distribution issue that the lights arrived to me incomplete. After email exchanges, I relented but insisted that the postage charge (£30) is refunded along with the lights as the reason was not my fault. It has now been 3 weeks, no refund and no answer to any of my emails, completely ghosting me. These are nothing but a bunch of crooks boasting top quality Scandinavian products but cheaply manufactured and shipped from China.
