Creative Low Carbon have been absolutely professional from start to finish.
From contacting George to full installation and aftercare customer service it has been spot on. He always makes himself available and lays out options that are not pushy, and made me feel in complete control.
My installation was 16 panels on 2 x separate roofs including a Sigenergy 8.4 KW/h battery system.
The system was installed in 2 days by a professional team.
Nothing was too much trouble for George and his team who custom designed my system for best value and aesthetics.
The results are incredible taking care of all our electrical energy needs plus having surplus to sell back to the grid. The battery deals with night time energy requirements.
I contacted several companies before meeting George and would recommend this local company to anyone considering Solar or battery installation.

George at Creative Low Carbon is very knowledgeable on solar and gave me sound advice as well as options to suit my budget. The installation was very professional with an excellent team of fitters.
So far the Fox Ess battery is working really well and saving at least £2.00 a day on my bill.

After having several different salesmen visit our home using the old school sales methods meeting George was huge relief, he listened to what I wanted and offered the best product to meet my budget, I only wish I had done it sooner

We were thinking about solar panels for a while and had a couple of quotes. When we met George, he was helpful, knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in the product and how best it works for his customers

He talked me through a few options and after getting a quote and looking into the product I was happy with all of the aspects

After a home consultation we decided on 10 solar panels and a wall mounted battery and a gateway. It was an easy going consultation with no pressure and all questions answered

We decided to have a gateway so if there is a power cut we will still have power. I’d highly recommend that

Overall the company, fitters, electricians etc were really helpful, approachable, talked us through different aspects of the fit. Made sure we were happy with it all. They were clean and tidy too

I had a fantastic experience with Creative Low Carbon. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The fitters arrived on time, were polite, and showed great attention to detail throughout the installation. I was especially impressed by the follow-up—George contacted me afterwards to check the system and to make sure I was completely happy with everything. It’s rare to find such a high level of customer care these days. Highly recommended!

From the start of the process, George and his team have provided informative insights making it easier to make the right choices. Installation completed on time by professionals. Great journey and the post installation service hasn’t stopped either.

The ease and available information provided from my initial enquiry to George at Creative Low Carbon and following his visit to go through the option availbe to me and i can safely say that i fully recommend George and his team as a positive choice, In the past two weeks since having the System and battery fitted, i am already making savings on my electric usage and unit purchases from Grid via BG

I had 10 solar panels and two batteries installed by George and his team. They turned up at 8AM as promised and were finished before 5. Nothing was too much to ask, professional from start to finish. I would give 6 stars if I could!! Thanks again guys!
