We have only recently starting using


We have only recently starting using this system so are still trying to find our way around. It is easy to use and set up requests, but the feedback from users are that lots of information is required and they as well as myself were unsure what needed to be sent to who, with mixed emails being issued. I like the notes section and the email function that is issued when additional information is required or a check has been completed. The team and account manager are pleasant and helpful. I'm sure the process will become easier with time.

Very slow and poor communication

I don’t want to judge the whole company but I had a very bad experience. Going through a background check for a job. So slow and unprofessional both doing the job and communicating with me. Asking all the information which I gave already again. If they are communicating with the referees the way they communicate with me, the process can take months. I complain about the slowness, they don’t even say sorry they response. What a
