Credit9 was founded in 2017 and offers personal loans to consumers based on their credit history and financial situation. Our Loan Consultants assist with the credit application and the transparent approval process ensures we offer competitive rates with easy-to-understand terms. Credit9 loans range from $2,500 to $50,000, with terms up to 60 months, and provide a fixed interest rate with no prepayment penalties. Consolidating debts into a personal loan allows a borrower to make one fixed monthly payment that won’t fluctuate and may reduce the interest paid compared to traditional revolving credit issuers. Funds are typically disbursed within two business days, and our loan servicing team can assist with any payment-related questions.

Predatory practices

Due to Covid, a divorce and a change in careers, I experienced financial hardship. I looked at my options and Americor seemed ok and a way to get some much needed relief. When I enlisted in the program, my credit score dropped almost 150 points, which they did advise I’d see a drop in score. I needed to move and wanted to try to improve my score as quickly as I could and a representative advised doing a credit9 application. I applied and they offered me a near 30% APR, which is nearly 6-10x what I was paying before. When I expressed my concern, the rep for credit9 basically told me to take it or leave it. I felt like I was trapped in a hard place cause I needed to move so opted in for the loan. They are a predatory company, and I would recommend either staying with Americor if you can or looking at alternative solutions.

Getting Debt free

I worked with Credit9, along with Americor to consolidate over 5 creditors. My interest on these creditors was through the roof, and my monthly payments was just paying off the interest. Credit9/Americor were able to negotiate most of my creditors, and we got them paid off. I took a loan with Credit9 for these payoffs and it is so worth it. I can breathe again!! I didn't give a 5 due to the high interest rate on my loan only. I would do business with them again, but I hope its not necessary. :-)

If I could give a 0 I would

If I could give a 0 I would. My interest rate was almost 30%. This was more than I was paying before getting involved with this so-called debt forgiveness program. Stay away!!

My reps, great to work with

My reps, including Jennifer Shin, Courtney Kendall kept me informed about the complete progress of the loan. They answered every question I had and got back to me very fast. This was a smooth process. Great communications.

Couldn't be happier!

Courtney was so easy to work with and really expedited the process! Everything was smooth and straight forward. I appreciated her feedback and taking the time to answer all of my questions. I am finally able to breathe while getting my debt paid off and I couldn't be happier with my experience!
