What made my experience great with credit9 is that they was professional and fast. I was more than ready to move on from Americor. Credit9 didn't make you wait days to give you a answer on weather you got the Loan. When it was approved Dylan, called and made contact with us and explain everything. He was great .And have kept in touch and explain how we could reach him, if we have more questions.

Staff are very professional and courteous. Clearly work is being done with Americor in the background.

I have always been weary of debt resolution companies, but my experience with Americor and Credit9 have been absolutely wonderful. In less than a year Americor negotiated lower interest rates to make my balances lower and now I'm in the payment phase with Credit9. David has been my representative and have been most helpful in customer service and explaining to me next steps. If you find yourself struggling with too many credit cards and/or loans, give Americor a call which will land you with Credit9 in the end...you will not regret it!

I'm just now getting started with credit 9. But I think that Americor should tell you about credit 9 when you first start. I've paid a lot of money to Americor and now here comes credit 9 paying off all your debt, why not pay off all the debit from the beginning. I will keep you all posted on the outcome

Terrence has been absolutely amazing, and helped me understand every step of the process with such patience and understanding!! They actually keep their word. The creditors accepted all the settlements, were paid off and I started to make my loan payments. A trustworthy company that you can count on!

I had a few accounts negotiated down to a lower balance which was wonderful, but there was a HUGE discrepancy between the amount they negotiated and what was claimed I owe them.

Went to another company instead.
