I spoke with Adam throughout the process and he was excellent.i will recommend to everyone.

From start to finish professional warm hearted completely understanding,that's hard to find in this day and age 100% recommended credit counsellors to everyone, I'm being extremely truthful,

Fantastic company, I was lost, couldn't sleep at night, kept thinking about how I will become debt free and when will the letters will stop coming. I could happily say im not recieving any letters for debts and I can sleep better without worrying. My only regret was, I should of got in touch with credit counsellor earlier when I heard about them instead of waiting and being paranoid to talk about it. Would I recommend them? Yes 100%

This is my first time using Credit Counsellors Australia, where I spoke to Chondelle (team member). After our first chat yesterday, over the phone it was very clear to me that she could assist me with my financial situation in regards to my credit card debts, and eased the burden of speaking to creditors on my behalf.

She was lovely to talk to over the phone. Chondelle acknowledged my courage to come forward by addressing my financial situation moving forward.

This was the first time I knew about this organisation. It was a positive experience.

Although I made the first contact with Credit Counsellor a couple of weeks back, the help and support I received from Adam was overwhelming!! The past couple of weeks have been great, he guided me every step of the way and picked me back up when I was at my lowest, never once judged and for the first time in a long time I was told that everything will be ok. A very big thank you to Adam who has taken me out of this vicious circle of debt and a very ENORMOUS weight off my shoulders.
