This company does not even deserve one


This company does not even deserve one star. Signed up less than a week ago and they have already charged me $500lll in less than a week and have not rendered any services to me. Called yesterday to ask them to cancel my account for 10th time. They said ok. I checked my bank account today and two more charges for close to $200!! This is insane. DO NOT go with this company!! They are a scam.and someone needs to shut them down. Fraud! I want my money back from these THIEVES

Sometimes when a voided charge is processing or a charge had not gone through yet it will show as an authorization on the account depending on the bank. I'm still saying don't give your money to these crooks

I previously wrote a review about CIG and after the review, Queri (Kerry) reached out to me and asked what I wanted. I informed her that I would like a refund because CIG did nothing for me. And she stated that I can get a partial refund, so I said okay. She then just hung up. And if course you already know that I have not received any money back from them. It's very sad that the only time she reached out to me was because I wrote a review revealing the truth about this company. Total waste of time and money to deal with CIG. Don't do it. They talk a big game to get you to sign up but after they get your money, they don't do anything.

I was with this company for 5 months


I was with this company for 5 months and it's nothing but a rip off. They want hundreds for doing basically nothing. They want all your information, all your passwords and my score, IT WENT DOWN & things that were off my credit are now back on my credit again. This company is a BIG FAT FRAUD! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

We have high expectations for ourselves here at CIG and we are sorry that expectation was not met with you. I have reviewed your file and show that you signed up at the end of January and that your file was on hold for part of that time due to payment problems. However, we do have a 90day results guarantee that you qualify for and your specialist has been asked to contact you regarding this. Scores can decrease for many reasons and you would want to look at your reports to determine what changes have been made to determine what caused the decrease.

I signed up 3 months ago. No rent has been reported and zero disputes have been processed. I emailed William My credit advisor and can't get a response.

Our records indicate that we have met all obligations regarding your file. We also have you on recording verifying payment terms and speaking with your specialist about your file multiple times over the past few months. We have tried to reach you several times regarding your refund but you do not answer our calls. We have also sent you multiple emails explaining what charges we would be willing to forgive and refund and have yet to hear back from you. I'm not sure any count as I'm going on my 3rd month and they disputed some charges but nothing happened. Said could report my rent to credit bureau wouldn't send me the info until the first payment large payment cleared although unpaid a small payment of 14.95. Still another 14.95 and after large payment I got an email to fill out for rent reporting and asked them when would show up and said would on the 8th of this month but this happens to be the same exact day my next large payment is due. I fond this all funny how that's working and my landlord has gotten nothing from them to back my claims of paying every month which they said would have to talk to him to verify this

DO NOT USE THEM, Crooks nothing more, I called a Number I Thought was for the FHA loans for people with poor credit. After the Man passed himself off as a FHA employee he said my credit needed repair before I could qualify, But he knows a group that can get me on track for a FHA loan. That is how I got suckered, He forwarded me call to these people. Second Lie was they told me they can make my credit report confidential so people would only see the good. Month after Month passed and Nothing was done All I kept getting were excuses and promises. Sure they file disputes but they make statements to the credit companies like I have no knowledge of this account.... WHAT GARBAGE .... CROOKS they only take your money go someplace else. DO NOT take a chance read reviews, Do your research
