Creditsafe Has The Best Customer Service

I’ve had a great experience working with CreditSafe, and especially with our account representative, Joel Peralta. Joel is always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in making sure we’re getting the most value out of the platform. He takes the time to understand our needs and provides helpful insights that support our credit decision-making process. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his clients’ success. Highly recommend both CreditSafe and Joel for anyone looking for reliable business intelligence and strong customer support.

We are brand new to Creditsafe

We are brand new to Creditsafe. Brian was knowledgeable and clear to my first inquiry. 10 of our staff members viewed Brian's demonstration and were very impressed. All agreed that there was no question we should change to Creditsafe. Those who could not attend were able to view the recorded demonstration later. We are sure this was a very important, good decision.

Customer service has always been execllent and the services offered have improved in many ways and helped us in researching credit checks for compainies and comsumers. We recently had a training for a new employee that was very helpful in navagiting the program.
