The server is working well and i have always had great help from customer support when needed

I can play a stable server with the Lost Colony map which has been the one I have been most interested in for awhile now! 🙂

Customer service was great, answered quickly and was very polite.

Tech Team is absolutely stellar every time i mess something up. And always quick to respond and let me know whats going on.

couldn’t get a modpack to load that said it was supported.

Servers feel smooth when playing and ustomer support was quick and helpful.

The website is very nice to use and the support was quick and helpful when requested (probably around 10ish minutes). The pre-loading tools were great for making the server performance better.

I recently migrated from a dedicated rig in LA to a new dedicated machine with CreeperHost at their offices and I cannot recommend them enough.

The support team at Creeperhost are some of the most helpful, fast responding support you will find anywhere and I mean that genuinely.

The support team were absolutely phenomenal throughout the whole process. Two members of the team in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, *Cough* Ben, Aaron.. including finding a creative solution to significantly speed up a large data transfer midway through.
They were communicative, patient, and clearly knew what they were doing.
From Ben C replying to my ticket almost immediately to Aaron M handling the data migration, frequent updates, transparency and overall helpfulness.. They really go above and beyond.

The hardware is outstanding especially for the prices, you won't find this level of hardware at Creeperhosts price points anywhere.
You'd be paying double the amount for a shared CPU and less ram at any other hosting company compared to just buying a Dedicated rig here.

If you're looking for a reliable, high performance Minecraft hosting provider with a support team that actually cares, CreeperHost is the one. Won't be going anywhere else.
