super quick response always happy to help

Excellent and simple hosting site. This is my first time hosting a server, so a simple tutorial/step-by-step setup would have been helpful and what was missing for the 5 stars.

The setup of the Vintage Story server was relativley simple, but the world customization options did not acuratley reflect the settings in the games menu, often making options like ocean coverage confusing and making me have to skip them all together.

When first buying the server i had used the spider option because it was the highest available option on the initial screen, but thought 3GB of RAM was too little. Once i got the server set up, it was overloaded before anyone was even in the server, constantly throwing 3000ms, so i upgraded to Blaze, which i believe is 8GB of RAM, and it still occasionally throws random 500ms overloads for up to 20-30 seconds at a time.

Otherwise the service has been ok.

I was attempting to find a server host for a game called vintage story and was referred to creeper host. I am very new to dealing with setting up servers, and in my fumbling with the settings and versions of the game there was an error that occurred. I was unable to start the server and became frustrated. I then messaged their support team, i received a fast reply and kind staff member who very quickly solved my issue, even after solving my issue and getting the server running again, they waited until i replied saying i was happy with how the server was setup and running before closing the ticket very nice and professional. While I may be new to this space and form of business interaction i believe they were very helpful, quick, thorough and professional. If myself or others need servers for other games I will be referring them to creeper host.

It was easy to set up de server, but I think that its a little expensive. I order the 24 usd pack for 4 players but I still had a lag spikes sometimes. I would like and opción to add only more ram, not ssd or anything else

To be honest this is the first hosting site over several over the course of several years and that actually provides timely and effective support and a friendly way that doesn't make it a slog or effectively pointless to even bother asking for help. I don't usually say this but I would actually seriously consider being a cheerleader for this company it's hosting services and any other services may offer I might even move several of my other game servers over if this continues to be the case.

10/10 no notes.

This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, Matthew G. and Paul T. were quick to respond to my concerns and get everything updated quickly so that my gaming group could play Saleblazers. They even went so far as to deploy the latest dedicated server option for the game, without even blinking an eye. Now my friends and I can enjoy playing, without the hassle of hosting everything myself. Thank you both for your support, it was Fantastic!

I try it recently and I can assure they give me the best service they could, Im very satisfy with the Host serviceand the client support they give, I only have one problem since I use their service and they solved in a few minutes, a really good service!

Does everything I want

My overall experience with the site has been very good. The user interface is easy and clear, and the service is stable and reliable. The support team is helpful and responds quickly. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for good hosting service.

Great customer support, quick and responsive. Refund time taken was the shortest I've ever experienced. But it would be great if I could see the server availability for a location before purchasing a subscription.

After getting a server, I had quite a few issues with getting it up and running, but the support staff were willing to help out and were quick with resolving my issues. Can't possibly recommend them enough!

The GUI was EXTREMELY friendly.

Overall I went with a less friendly service that gave me a little more resources for a similar price, but if you want a fast easy experience that you don't need extreme tech skills for this is the server host of server hosts.

Support was wonderful in helping me out!
