I ordered an item and I received it the day after, I didn’t know what to get but after messaging on instagram, they even helped me pick a whole our fit, amazing service from start to finish

For starters, I could not find the UGG trainers I wanted anywhere else. You had it in stock. 3 stars for that. Additional star for ease of navgating/ordering through your website. A day after ordering, I realised that I had ordered the wrong size! Panic!!
I searched through your site to find a contact number. It was a mobile number that was switched off! More panic!
Then I emailed and waited for a miracle. I received a prompt response confirming that my order will be rectified. Wow! Easy!
The parcel arrived on time & my daughter is overjoyed!! Final star for the excellent after-sales service.
5 stars and above as the rating for great shopping experience. Well done!!

It's been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't recieved my item, or heard anything from them. I've tried calling their number plenty of times and no answer, I've tried emailing them and no answer, I've basically had my money stolen, they just want answer me at all.

Didn’t receive my order. They don’t reply to emails or calls. Don’t waste your money.

Complete fraud

I was first asked to report on a pair of shoes I bought before they arrived. Therefore I put did not arrive.
However, I was given a 5 to 7 day arrival time and with the bank holiday I was relying on them arriving on the Friday which I think was day 5. Customer service contacted me and reassured me that the parcel was going to arrive by 1 o’clock which was going to be too late to wear to the funeral I had bought them for. The sympathy and consideration from customer services was excellent, and they reassured me that the refund would be immediate with no questions. I was extremely grateful and five stars is exactly what I think they should have for their customer service.

Didn’t get an email back since I have emailed you. The quality of the shoes weren’t up to the standard of the price.

Very little communication, but finally got the trainers. seem legit.

Bought brand new trainers they have came covered in marks… I also have photos but won’t let me upload . Paid so much for these, disgusted

Purchased some trainers, but the company just refunded me the next day with no explanation as to why (I’m presuming they were not in stock) they are still available to purchase online in my size so not sure why the order wasn’t fulfilled. I emailed to ask why- no reply. My first experience with your company and it will be the last because there is zero customer service available, which is a shame because I could have been a repeat customer.

Fast delivery, come packaged nicely 100% authentic (got them checked as I was skeptical at first due to not knowing this website & seeing a lot of other sites scamming ) my nephew is over the moon. DPD delivery service is used.

Scam site ! Can with an empty box and a note after I paid a fortune !

Emailed to see I can return for an exchange for a smaller size and had no reply..

Ordered a pair of shoes on 21 January with delivery due within 5-7 business days. Now, after 16 business days (ie, 3 calendar weeks), I am still yet to receive any communication regarding the shoes being dispatched.

I have (1) phoned the number on the website/Instagram several times normally and via WhatsApp calls (2) emailed the support email twice and (3) DM'd CrepsUK on Instagram with NO REPLY/ANSWER from any of my attempts to resolve the situation.

I'd have been a lot more forgiving if I'd had some response and/or explanation but instead, I am currently just sitting here with £240 out of my account without any update on the status of my order or the ability to cancel the order, assuming that the delay is because the shoes aren't coming! I just want to receive the shoes which I have purchased and CrepsUK don't have the courtesy to update me on what is going on.

I have never written a review for anyone but felt I had to after probably the poorest support experience I have ever had.
