We regret the inconvenience caused by the delay in your order. Upon review, we found potential fraud associated with the transaction. To ensure security, we requested further identification, which unfortunately resulted in a delay in shipment.

Due to the suspicious nature of the order, we refrained from sending out the goods and issued a full refund to the account holder. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
