Very easy process, nice customer relations

Unlawfully sends unsolicited emails and violates state and federal law.

Very rude and disreputable. Derrick called me and when discussing our current funding options, told me it was impossible for us to have the terms we have with our current lender, he said I had no idea what I was talking about, and in essence calling me a liar. When I tried to tell him he was out of line and that we do in fact have them he demanded to see a copy of our paperwork and when I refused then hung up on me. They have now lost a multi million dollar deal over his attitude and we will never do funding with them. The claim they are the #1 Business Lender in the US is also false.

Everything smooth and succeed.

Derrick did a great job but underwriting was all over the board and we continued to have disconnects. We signed an agreement for one set of funding and then they come back and make changes to the terms after. They also missed on the SOS good standing as our current location is in good standing with the State of Illinois but the location we closed last year obviously is not since it is no longer operating.

Very streamlined and easy transaction. Above all it was a very fast process.

The application process was very simple and very quick. We applied on Friday, and had funds by 2am on Tuesday morning. Would have been shorter time frame had we done application on Monday instead of Friday/Weekend! Bruce has been absolutely amazing. All questions have been answered quickly and completly.
