Very Poor Delivery & Contact details

Experience of ordering was great. Ordered a pack of horizontal mounting coin batteries and paid the extra £4.50 for 1-2 day delivery. That was on the 9th October and I'm yet to see any sign of them. The tracking option on the email is useless as just shows the invoice and you can't call the numbers they provide on the site or the invoice as it immediately goes dead, doesn't even ring. Really not impressed at all.....

Immaculate customer service

I have never placed a large high-value order with Cricklewood, but I have always found them to be very helpful, particularly when I made a mistake with reference numbers - they sorted MY mistake out immediately and the items were delivered super-quickly.
