If I could give zero I would. Placed a pre order in May due for delivery mid June. Not received and customers service on email and social pages just ignore you. A scam.

Nice Clothes, Bad Delivery
The clothers are really nice quality but i ordered on 14th of Feb and it arrived on the 14th of march, so three months delivery time. They did not answer their email for a good amount of time as well. If you want streetwear, id go with a different brand until they fix their delivery schedules...

Terrible. We ordered the jacket in dec 25 and it Dod was shipped and arrive in ten days ans now been told it hasn’t been shipped and then finally get an email saying big it will arrive in aug26 !! Terrible service

Wouldn’t even give 1 star!! Just contacted my credit card company for a refund. Item sold as ‘in hand’ and was ordered on 31st December!! Nothing received and no response or update from company. Don’t waste your money

Still don’t the hoody I ordered on NYE
Thank you for your response. I don’t understand why you didn’t just communicate to everyone with this via email? The initial order email did not state any of the dates you have quoted. I am not the only one to still be waiting. If I do receive the order I will update this review but I feel your company has a lot to learn about customer relationships/communication and running a successful business.
Still don’t the hoody I ordered on NYE. Now have a tracking number (for over a week), but pointless if you don't actually send the item.
Nice try at getting rid of my 1 star review - it got reinstated. I see you managed to get rid of some others and that you’ve been flooded with positive ones over night. Slightly suspect!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this delay has caused.
To clarify the situation: the hoodie you ordered was a pre‑order item, with the product description stating that dispatch would begin on 14th January. We’ve been sending email updates and sharing progress on our Instagram channel to keep customers informed throughout the process. We have also issued store credit to all customers affected accordingly.
Unfortunately, our supplier experienced a significant backlog due to Chinese New Year, which affected the production and dispatch schedule. Although this delay was outside of our control, we completely understand how frustrating it is for you.
The final batch of pre‑orders was dispatched on Saturday, and the tracking number you received will update fully once the courier processes the parcel. Sometimes this takes a little longer during peak periods, but it doesn’t mean the item hasn’t been sent.
Regarding the reviews you mentioned:
- We do not remove customer reviews — any that are taken down are removed by Trustpilot, not us.
- Some customers chose to remove their own reviews after we resolved their issues with them directly.
- The recent 5‑star reviews were left automatically by customers who had their items delivered and received Shopify’s standard review request email.
