Having Purchased a couple time from Crosby Blinds I reached out to them when a Item had Broken. Andrew sorted instantly FOC.

Fantastic customer service experience.

I bought luxaflex blinds from Crosby a few years ago, one of which developed a fault after some time. Jen and the team really went above and beyond working with the manufacturer to get it resolved.

They felt like the initial manufacturer response wasn't good enough, and arranged for the whole blind to be remade at minimal cost.

I genuinely couldn't speak highly enough of Crosby and their approach to great customer service. I wouldn't buy blinds from anyone else.

Great customer service as always. Telephoned after pulling cord from blind, sent photo and within 30 mins had response staing replacement fitment would be sent straight away free of charge!

We’ve now had 3 lots of blinds from Crosby Blinds. Every time the customer experience has been excellent. Jen and Andrew clearly explain what you might need and the different options available to fit your windows. Communication is great too. They always turn up when they say they will and the quality of the blinds and workmanship is first rate. Highly recommended

Crosby blinds could not have been more helpful for me today, I needed a replacement bracket to control the chain pulley on my mothers blind which had broken, Andy was quick to respond and sorted it for me promptly, great service.

The team at crosby blinds offered a great service, the turnaround time on quote, measurements and delivery/fitting was quick and when I required an additional blind last minute they worked with the supplier to arrange an earlier delivery of all blinds to suit our needs! Prices are reasonable and quality of product is great!

Having new windows installed led to our current blinds being bent slightly out of shape. Crosby Blinds gave a very acceptable quote and arranged a date within two days. Andrew turned up on time and refitted four blinds in less than an hour. Blinds now as good as new. Would recommend to anyone.
